I wasn't initially sure that we had enough hail damage to our asphalt-shingled roof to qualify for insurance damage reimbursement, so before calling our insurance company I contacted Artisan Roofing to take advantage of their free roof inspection offer. Nathan (Nate) Cosgrove came out and inspected both our roof and our attic, and assured me that we had enough damage to warrant roof replacement. Subsequently, when our insurance adjuster came out for his inspection, Nate was right there with him, ensuring he had identified all the damaged areas Nate had previously located, virtually guaranteeing that we would qualify. Once we did, I worked closely with Nate to obtain Artisan's estimate of our roof replacement cost. I knew that we wanted upgraded protection, and Nate helped us find the perfect composite shingle that came with a 50 year, transferrable warranty. Artisan's estimate was quite reasonable, and Nate thoroughly covered every detail, leaving nothing to chance. Then, as someone once said, "the rest is history!" Materials were ordered and delivered on time. The roofers themselves, contracted for us through Artisan, were all skilled tradesmen who did a wonderful job! We also had Artisan arrange for the replacement of all our gutters and downspouts, and once again they came through for us in grand style. Once completed, their gutter experts left our home looking even more beautiful, with both gutters and downspouts that perfectly matched the shade of our beautiful new roof. I highly recommend using Artisan roofing for your re-roofing project, too!

We had been dealing with a leaking roof for almost a year. We had a handful of contractors and other specialists out to take a look. Many did some work they were sure was going to fix the issue, but to no avail. I spoke with Nate and Josh at Artisan Roofing and within HOURS Nate was over to give it a thorough inspection. He took many pictures and discussed them with me, something nobody else even bothered to do. On top of that, Nate gave me an estimate that same day and scheduled the work to be done only 2 days later. I would like to thank ALL the NE Nebraska area roofers/contractors that NEVER.. called me back when I was looking for someone to help us after a spring storm from last April... tore a chunk of shingles (3x5' section) from our roof... Because we found the best roofer in all of NE Nebraska... He called when he said he would call... He emailed the information like he said he was going to... He was polite, organized and he knew what he was talking about... Our insurance only wants to fix and patch the hole... But our roofer got us a whole new roof!! We had roof and siding damage from the July 31st wind storm. Meliyah stopped by because she saw our roof and we were expecting rain in the next couple of days. She had someone come out that evening to get it covered. Excellent service! Shortly after the July 31st storm, I hired Artisan Roofing to repair a hole left when a tree branch impaled my roof. My project manager, Franklin Pivonka, arrived very quickly to tarp the hole and schedule a meeting with my insurance adjuster. Mr. Pivonka worked closely with my insurance company and also found a supplier for the exact roofing materials that were used when my roof was redone seven years ago. In August, Mr Pivonka arrived with a small work crew of very polite and professional men who patched the hole quickly and cleanly, with no evidence of the hole or patch visible after the repairs (photos are before, patched, and after). My roof looks exactly as it did when it was first installed, and I would recommend Artisan Roofing to anyone in need of roof repairs.
