I needed some work done at my mom's house in Cedar Grove. I used Andy oncall of Morris County in the past and was very pleased with the work and service. Andy Oncall of Essex was not different. Very professional and clean. The customer service was also outstanding as you speak to a knowledgeable person. They were able to take care of the tiles we needed replaced on the bathroom floors and shower walls. Recommended and will use again. Thank you.

He was very rude to my wife... after speaking with "John" or "Andy" (whomever!) he expressed his frustration that he had to wait a few minutes because my wife didn't answer the door quickly, and when asked to please remove his boots (because he didn't have shoe covers and they were very dirty) he and I quote said "I'm done" ...turned and left!

I have 3 experiences with Andy on Call. first - its not really andy but his name is John - (just a joke). I explained all the details and he sent his best repair man to our location. Before getting started we know what the price is going to be (best estimate) and everything that was promised was accomplished! We were so happy with all the projects - since they were not something we could do. one example - we had two Koala Baby Changing stations installed! I would highly recommend this group to anyone who needs help with chores they just don't know how to do. After each project the area was cleaned up..!!

I just spoke to this company. Tried making an appointment for tmm. He gave me a window of 10-1030. I mentioned even if I wasn't there, my nanny would be there as I had an appointment from 9-10 and would be home by 1010 at the latest. He said kind of rudely that he didn't deal with nannies. He asked if we could do 1030-11, I said no because I had another commitment and didn't want to risk being late. I then asked why he didn't deal with nannies and was given the response " I think you should find another provider" without answering the question. Guess they really don't need the business. Quite annoying.
