Do not use Alabaster Handy Man for any job! We are out $1000 for him fixing our koi pond and making it worse than it was before. Prior to him and his crew coming, it only had a hole in the liner. Now it has a falling in liner with standing water and a pump that doesnt work. This has been going on over 4 months. When you ask him to fix the mistakes, he will tell you hes going to show up and the ghost you.

We had an excellent experience with Jonathan removing and replacing an exterior door. A job well done and fast. I will use him again.

We hired Jonathan and his team to tear apart and redo our back patio. They did an amazing job. It looks brand new. They were on time for every appointment and pricing was reasonable. They were very polite and professional. We highly recommend Jonathan and his team for any job you need done around the house. It is hard these days to find qualified contractors who are also honest. Qualls is both. Update: The original job was done well as stated above. Follow up when there is a later issue is a problem however. I have reached out twice to Jonathan for someone to come look at an issue we are having with the job since his team completed the work and have gotten nowhere. He says he will get back to me after reaching out to his team but never does. Disappointing to say the least. So as long as you dont have any issues after his team completed the job you should be fine.
