Scheduling was difficult because she kept hanging up. She only called when AHS contacted her. When she arrived for the job she was not prepared and didnt have her ladder. When the job was complete i could still see the tape use in the job which meant I couldnt sand it and paint over it. WhenI called to let her know she told me AHS doesnt pay her to do a good job as long as the hole is covered thats all that matters AHS needs to remove her as a contractor shes rude and doesnt do good work

Hurried through the job, just for the sake of being done with it. Didnt use painters tape on the base boards. I had to re do most of their work myself. They can put in drywall, but dont let them paint. Find someone who will put in the time.

I do not know if you use a home warranty that your service would be different than paying for it yourself. This company received and accepted the job 13 days ago, and called me the morning of the 13th day saying they can be out this morning. After explaining to them 3:30 would be the time I can be at my residents, the gentleman showed up 45 minutes early. Normally that would be a good thing except for I had something to do. Good thing I was running behind, otherwise I would have missed the gentleman and probably waited 13 days again if they just didn't write it off. The Gentle informed me they only do a partial patch job, but if I want to pay more he can do it rite. I expected to do texture and paint myself. But properly putting in the dry wall, and properly tapping it, mudding and floating... not so much. The gentleman did not go stud or cross beam in my ceiling, instead he took 2 small pieces of 2x4, did not connect them to the cross beams, just screwed the drywall to them. So now I have 2 2x4's floating in my ceiling holding the 2 pieces of dry wall together. He did a then layer of mud, tape, and another very thin layer of mud on the tape. No floating, not even attempt to blend anything in he did, short of texture and paint. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I will call the warranty company and get clarification on what they cover, and term barriers between these shady business and them the warranty company.

They covered a bank of windows in my living room with sheet rock, matched the texture and painted. It's beautiful. They also did the texture in an add-on room remodel. Prompt, professional with reasonable prices.
