April 2025: Scott was great! He completed my laundry room refresh with amazing skill and speed. He was prompt, kind, courteous, and professional. I really appreciate the quality work he provided. March 2026: Great experience with Travis modifying my kitchen island to accommodate a drawer microwave and removing upper cabinets and an over-range microwave to add a vent hood fan. Price was given at start of installation of closet door and at end paid $400 more. Then they had to return next day for another $125. I would not use them again. They did not come ahead of time to check out the job to give a correct estimate. The installer however was very nice and felt bad for us having to pay over $500 more than quoted. I would never use them again or recommend Ace handyman services again!! I want to adjust my review, Ace Handyman man services has corrected the extra charges that were charged to me in error. I met Mark and he apologized and made the charges according to the original estimate. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and making things right. I would definitely use their services again, it means a lot when a company corrects there errors, Thank you Mark!

Worst service ever, Mark informed me that he would visit my house for an estimate and never showed up. After cancelling my days plans to accommodate this, no show, no call. Please do not work with this company. I wish there was a 0 Star....I would review it as a 0. No Call, No Show. This is the worst service I have ever received...

First I need to say Mark and his company is the best thing that has happened in the 16 years of the care of our home. We met Mark and his wife at a home show in Elk River and were so impressed we immediately had a list of jobs at our home to try with them. They sent a gentleman named Scott out to handle our odd jobs. Like a miracle! Five hours later a pile of ignored but important projects were completed and looked incredible! And all that was needed from us was a quick tour first thing where and what each project was and Scott was off conscientiously working on his own. By mid-day my husband and I were so impressed we began another to-do list for the next time we could schedule Scott back. He is making me shelves to match ones I use for displaying antiques in my kitchen. I just needed 2 more small ones to match. He is coming back to put up more poles for our bird feeders. He has hung family pictures that have been sitting for years. I have learned the best way to work with Mark and his wonderful company is to ask, Can you do this? And if Mark says yes Just know it will be done in the most professional way possible. Now, for the cost of the quality of this type of talent and this type of service you may think I stealing gold from our retirement accounts. Not at all. Mark prices everything out for you in advance. The cost of our services to date have been comparable or less than other companies we have experienced. But again, the quality of the work and the customer service has been so exceptional it is a pleasure to recommend this company. I encourage anyone with projects waiting to done at their house to turn them over to Mark. It will give you that great feeling of checking those old projects off your to-list. Contacted several handyman services companies, very few of them would even respond to my email with a punch list of things I needed to get done. Ace responded promptly, read through my documents, looked at my measurements and pictures that I sent them, and were flexible in scheduling.
