From my first communication with Diane and Ralph, I was extremely impressed with the amount of time and communication they provided to ensure my project needs were fully addressed. On the service date, Michael Sims kept me updated with arrival time. Upon arrival, he assessed each job I wanted completed; the work was performed professionally and efficiently from his knowledge. I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services and will call them again in the future.

I called them to ask for an estimate on a job and they took 2 days to return the call, and then said to text them. I texted them, and after I did not hear for 3 days, I asked if there was an issue. They said they wanted photos, so I sent photos. After I did not hear for another 5 days, I asked again if there was an issue. They blew me off and said they could not do my job. It is possible they could not do all parts of my job, but among the things I asked for was to install a new kitchen sink and to install a new toilet. They can't do those? Really? I guess they do good work--when they show up. But their management is poor, at best. And I would be nervous if I had them do work that if something went wrong, I would never be able to get them to come back and make it right.

Had two window screens and sliding door screen replaced. Experience was wonderful and job was done efficiently and at a great price. Very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Leo did a great job fixing an old garden spigot. Turns out the valve broke due to rust. It was a difficult repair and Leo had the expertise to fix it. He was on time, efficient and cleaned up after he finished. Would definitely use him and Ace Handyman again.
