The craftsmen were timely and worked hard to install our security cameras. The process was very organized. We received a notice the day before our appointment and then the day of the appointment. They were running a little behind at their earlier job and let us know right away. They actually ended up being here earlier than they thought! That was great! We know the owner of the company and they asked us to be mystery customers, because they wanted an accurate assessment of the whole job from beginning to end! It was flawless!

Andrew Noblitt made repairs to my garage that had deteriorating studs and was leaning. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and the repairs turned out great. He was able to give me different repair options to choose from and was very transparent about what he would need to do, how long it would take, and what it would cost! Great service! Great service! Will definitely use again in the future. Andrew came out to help me replace some floor boards. It ended up not being a full replacement but rather a cat pee evacuation but he was super helpful in telling me what I needed to do to finish the project since it needs multiple rounds of clean up. He even fixed my front door that was sticking and helped me carry up a desk from the basement because there was time left over. Would absolutely recommend the Ace Handyman Service to anyone!

I just read your response to my most recent posting, which was primarily geared toward the field representative ... hence the "1" rating. Therefore, this should not be considered a duplicate response for the same visit. As the field supervisor should have informed you, I provided him with the stain sample that was provided to me at the time of the door purchase. As I mentioned to him and he could see for himself, the condition of the stain has degraded over time. I informed the field supervisor that I drove to both Sherwin Williams and Lowe's shortly after the damage occurred to get their thoughts on a possible solution. They both indicated that given the condition of the stain sample it should not be considered a viable option. Furthermore, I don't understand why you are minimizing the degree of damage that the dry waller did to my door. Shortly after the damage was done I took a picture of the door showing the damaged areas and sent it to Andrea. Please reach out to her as she said it would be put in my file, which I assume should be readily available to you. The way it was left with your field supervisor was that he would "research" potential remedies, including contacting his Sherwin Williams representative. It will have been 2 weeks tomorrow since we discussed this plan of action, and I haven't heard anything from him since. Therefore, please don't tell me that your company has made recommendations that I haven't followed up on. That is absolutely not the case. With respect to the table, your field representative unequivocably stated your company does not repair furniture. When I logically asked why Andrea didn't inform me of such, he said she wanted to accommodate the client request. That was extremely disheartening to hear as I made it very clear to her that it was in no way a priority. It certainly raises a red flag around training issues ... so please don't put this back on me. I expect remuneration. Concerning the ethics issue, your dry waller admitted to me that he damaged my door. If he's telling you something different then that's certainly unethical behavior. With respect to scheduling the follow up appointment, my understanding was that Andrea or one of your other staff would call me when your company's schedule opened up. That said I am happy to reach out. To summarize, based on your response to my post earlier today you appear to be getting bad information. Finally, once your field supervisor completes his "research" I would like to have the stain sample for my door returned to me. Thank you. FYI...I attempted to post this follow up to your comments from earlier today without entering a number. It appears the only way to successfully send this information is to include a number rating. Depending on my satisfaction with your follow up, the number could very well be revised upward. Let's hope that will be the case.

Our handyman Tony Board was on time, worked quickly and did a great job. Needed a shower handrail installed and work on two doors. Everything was done very well. Andrew N and his co worker were very professional when they came to our home to fix some siding that had fallen off my two story home and cut down some sapling trees. They had extra time and helped get rid of another headache in my backyard. They were on time and very kind answering any questions I had on future projects. I recommend calling Ace if you have any headache 'do it yourself' projects around your home that you just cant seem to get to.

We had Tony and Eric out the first time. Eric did a great job painting and Tony did a fantastic job getting rid of old outdated kitchen fluorescent lighting and installed can lights in a recessed area with crown molding. Both of these men are extremely talented and do quality work. That's why we just had Tony back out replace a outside water spigot and of course he did an exceptional job again. I highly recommend them, not only are they very talented but very trustworthy as well.

Updated 3/6/26: back again! So this was my third service appointment with Ace Handyman Services and it was another great one.Tony and Jason arrived on time and prepared. This time, I had them install a couple ceiling fans (including one with a downrod for a slanted ceiling), a smaller light fixture, replace a kitchen sink faucet and a bathroom sink faucet. They were scheduled 8am to noon and finished by 11am. Both did great work and I am very happy with it. Both were efficient and worked carefully. Tony was so kind as to go into my crawlspace to check my sump pump for me which was not on their list but he did it because I asked since it was making an odd noise. Booking was easy! They are quick to respond and provide an estimate for services. I paid $70 to book the appointment which went towards the total bill. They had an appointment available within a week. Love this company and will definitely use them again as well as recommended them to anyone. Great experience! Dustin came out and did the estimate. He was on time, professional, helpful, kind and informative. Dustin returned with John to complete the work. They installed a drain and a loop in my garage so that I can now get a water softener installed. I don't necessarily know if everything works yet but I trust their work! I'll update if there is some issue but I doubt I'll need to do that. Thank you again for your work!! Everything was done timely and professionally. Update: another great experience! This time I just had some random things I needed assistance with, including installing a ceiling fan. Andrew came out, was early (he called letting me know the prior appointment had ended early and he could come out sooner if I was available), and did a fantastic job. He was quick and efficient but still careful and attentive. Later, Dustin also joined to assist. Both were very kind and professional. I would recommend this company to any needing some assistance with almost any work in your home. 🙂 Additionally, Kim, the office manager, is always so helpful and super quick to respond via email!

Midwest Eye Consultants in Beech Grove used Jason at Ace Handyman Services to install a security light. He went above and beyond for our office. He made sure all the lights were working. Our Ace Handymen came out to replace our exterior lights. It should have been a simple job, but it took some debugging because of work a different crew had done on the house a few months ago. It only took a few minutes to find the problem, though, and they were still able to finish in half the time they estimated. Were always glad to have them outthey might not be the least expensive option, but theyre very reliable and do good work.

Finding someone to repair my aluminum fence wasn't easy - most fence companies don't seem to be interested in that work. I was so pleased when someone referred me to Ace Handyman. A recent storm blew our storm door open, and it destroyed a carriage lamp in front of our house. I had to purchase two new ones, and I wasnt comfortable installing them myself, so I ask Ace to do it for me. Seth from Ace arrived on time this morning and performed the work admirably. One of the boxes was damaged be rust and the elements, so it had replaced, but Seth handled the entire project in less than an hour. Because of the two hour minimum, I had some caulking and mulching work to be done as back up, and he finished both of those jobs as well. I was very satisfied with his work, and found it to be well worth the price. I will certainly hire Ace for my next project.
