I was amazed at the craftsmanship! Not a joint was out of alignment. Every edge and corner aligned perfectly. It looks so much better than it did. JOSH was friendly, punctual and worked quickly. He finished quicker than I expected. He cleaned up afterwards too so there was no mess. I LOVED the result!!! I will definitely hire him again. Here are before and after photos. I didn't have him stain the new steps because I like to do that. I made sure he knew I wanted finished steps NOT deck steps. Doesn't it look beautiful!!! Thank you again.

We had Sheet rock replaced in a bedroom closet because of mold which took 3 days. We had a large bathroom mirror leveled. Tom replaced the flapper on our toilet and two shelf brackets that were loose. No matter how large or small the job is I feel Tom would do the job. He worked alone (except for the mirror) and did what was necessary to get the work done. Tom was timely and we communicated well with his schedule. He kept his work area as clean as can be expected and when he was done, he cleaned up after himself. I would say Tom takes pride in his work and likes doing his job. I am happy with his work and would recommend him to others.

The number of hours charged for the services rendered didn't add up. I recommend being present while the work is being done. Write down specifically what you would like accomplished otherwise you could get unforeseen deviations. I don't do 5 star reviews being no one walks on water, but I still want to edit my review. Rob from Ace reached out personally to discuss my frustrations with quality of work vs invoiced price. He was fully willing to negotiate after our constructive conversation. I would recommend them in the future.

Jay cleaned out my front gutters of my townhome which he almost filled a 4.5 gal of dry mud and then sealed the leaks! Jay also replaced my rusty side door into my garage and replaced the deadbolt and lock! He also redid my caulking around my counter tops in the kitchen! Jay was very knowledgeable and professional but what I really liked about Jay is that he was honest and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the job he did! I was very pleased with his work and will call Ace Handyman again for future projects!

Overcharged for the quality of work done. Broke my front screen door by installing a new latch. Quite a few dents on bottom of door.Could not fix a broken drawer and made it worse and now it does now close. Did not thoroughly use ribbing to install screen, which are now blowing in the wind, And lastly did not clean up the debris left behind. up afterwards. Parts were left laying on the door. Did not finish painting my entire bathroom. I would like to be reimbursed for the shoddy work done putting a new latch on my front screen door. There are gaps between the screens and outer casing and the cold weather is seeping in. Furthermore they have not rectified this issue and it has been two years.

We had one of the workers come out to install luxury vinyl planks. We were told nobody would be sent out that was not trained in the job. That was not true. After a few rows were done we seen chips running planks do to worker using wood and hammer to snap them together. My husband supplied correct tools. 4 boxes of planks were used and all garbage due to being put in backwards. I called in and talked with Mellisa explained to her what had happened and we dont need their service anymore. We were more than willing to pay for what was done but did expect more than 10 percent taken off of bill since each box costs $80 and we are out 4 boxes due to him cutting off wrong side. So we paid $413.00 and we had to remove all flooring that was put down and start from scratch. The owner talked with his employee and was told he help move furniture and he did work. he slid a couch less than a half a foot and didnt lift it so there was more flooring wrecked. This company needs to do a better job at the backround of their employees and customer service needs to improve over phone instead of cutting the customer off and saying I will call you back. We would have never looked for a contractor if my husband wasnt disabled and now hes doing it anyway. Strongley recommend NOT using this company because in the end its just costing more due to them sending somebody not qualified. UPDATE: Melissa called today and gave my husband and I sincere apology of how things went when we hired them to put our flooring in. After they looked into things (as far as we were concerned it was done and over with) they have refunded us the 4 boxes of flooring. The company really does take the time and takes care of their customers. Thank You Melissa and the company for taking time to look back.

I had a great experience with ACE Handyman Services. I had them replace a broken mailbox. It was scheduled a month out, which indicates that they are very busy but once the gentleman arrived, he was prompt and efficient. The replacement only took about 1 1/2 hours and was reasonably priced. Thank you again. Highly recommended!

I utilized Ace Handyman service to bring a dryer vent in an old house up to code. DJ was dispatched And I was very surprised that he not only new the current minimum code but suggested upgrades to enable the change not only for the code but allowed it to be weatherproof and cost efficient since it was an outdoor vent. His charges were very reasonable even though he had to leave for parts. He was very polite, had no issue with my pet and even took a minute to play ball and friends with her. I was impressed that when he found a secondary issue with the install and did not have the answer for the best repair did the research and was able to finish the upgrade unlike a previous person who declined to do the work.

Contacted them back in late April and talked to the owner Matt and at first it seemed like a great experience but after a Month of waiting to schedule Chris to come out and do an estimate it is now almost mid July with very very little communication and finally received a text today telling me they still havent heard back from contractors on doing an estimate and basically told me that I needed to contact General contractors with a team when I supposedly hired this company to do the work for me. Very pissed off that I wasted almost 2 months waiting on their incompetent business!! Do not waste your time with this Company!!

I sent in a picture of the shower and called to confirm it was a shower insert with Chris I wanted a safety bar installed for my mother in the shower. We purchased bars and then scheduled the installation Lucas was not able to find a clear signal on where the stud was and where we wanted the bar. All agreed not to drill holes in the shower insert Lucas then installed 2 nine inch bars. While I could have installed these two bars, it wasnt fair to company not to pay for service call Company policy consideration in future When you know the shower is an insert, recommend the non drill bars, glued on and send the customer the link to order them
