If you are in need of any kind of drywall/plaster repair, look no further than Michael St. George at this company! I cannot state enough what a master of his craft that he is. We had water damage on a textured drywall ceiling and when he was finished you would not even know where the damage was! My husband watched during the process and was blown away by his craftmanship. His 40 years experience truly makes him one of a kind. He is a a very nice person, respecting your property, and leaving no trace that he was even in your home. I did my homework before I hired Michael and believe me he is top notch.

Mike did some repair to our original 1910 plaster and lathe walls- cracks and loosening from age, as well as two banisters that had pulled out of the walls and left holes. He did outstanding work, finished it all same day, cleaned up behind himself before leaving, and was just a delight to have in our home. Hes the nicest guy and does great work. I would (and will!) recommend him to anybody!

I needed to do some of the initial steps of a remodel during the winter, when I'm away in Florida, which made me nervous. I got a good vibe from Mike so I decided to go ahead. He called and ask questions when he wasn't certain what I wanted. He did video conferences with me to show me what he was doing. It was almost like being there. I highly recommend him.

I had a fantastic experience! My ceiling needed repair due to a water leak, and the work was done absolutely seamlessly. You cant even tell anything was ever damaged. Mike was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, he was detail oriented, efficient, and right on time, which I really appreciated. We had A1 come to repair our living room ceiling after our supply line had sprung a leak. He was very prompt responding and kept every commitment. Hes a one man shop so you will get his 40 years of experience and work ethic. He did a perfect restoration and even did some things to aid the painter for his upcoming work. Highly recommend. Not cheap but quality is well with using his company.

We needed someone to repair damage to our bathroom ceiling caused by a leak in the roof and to drywall the frame for the new skylight since no skylight matched the original size. Michael from A1 Ceiling and Wall Repair was great to work with. Communication was good, the work was completed quickly, and the price was very reasonable. He was also really respectful of our space and didn't leave a mess. We're really pleased with the repair work and it looks better in person than the pictures. Other than the obvious need to paint, when you look at it now, you can't tell that a chunk of the ceiling and wall were cut out and replaced. We definitely recommend him.

Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He called me back right away, and drove out to my home to take a look at some water damage to our kitchen ceiling the following day. We have a specific type of ceiling finish called orange peel that is extremely difficult to replicate but Mike demonstrated his true craft in our results. It is nearly impossible to spot the original damage unless you're looking for it. Mike is a Tradesman you don't run into these days. His prices are fair, he's honest, clean and punctual. The entire job took a few hours even though he took his time. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with and a great guy to get to know! We'd hire him back in a second! Thanks again! I'm still so happy with the end result!! Pics are the before and after (prior to painting)

A1 is amazing. I had work done on my kitchen ceiling and walls, they look brand new now. The work was done quickly with excellent quality. I plan to hire them for several more projects. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone in need of ceiling or wall repair. He came out within a day to give me an estimate and was able to start the project the following week. He was very responsive and accommodating throughout the project. He did an excellent job repairing my ceiling that had extensive water damage. Looks brand new! I reached out to him soon after for a few small repairs on my plaster walls and he took care of them quickly and easily.

Mike did a superb job on our old lath and plaster walls. We had two cracks and he quickly fixed it and it looks great. He is a good communicator, works fast, and was affordable. Would definitely use him for our future jobs!

Mike came recommend by Nichols Electric who had to cut holes in the wall and ceiling to install new lighting fixtures. Mike was so quickly available that he offered to come by the same day, but the electrical wiring took a while. Mike was able to come the next day. I was working from home, and had his work cut out for him. I have a grand piano that takes up a lot of room directly under where the holes needed to be patched. He got moving blankets, made sure the piano was safe and was able to patch up all 4 holes in 3 hours, including set up and take down. If you need drywall work done in Rochester, Mike's your guy! 10 out of 10 would recommend
