The craftsmanship is top-notch, and every detail was handled with care and precision. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and kept the workspace clean throughout the project. What really stood out was their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We work with lots of homeowners, fix & flippers, and developers - so we will absolutely be referring them to our friends/family network & clients. Highly recommend them!

Phenomenal work & very professional from start to finish. Their process, communication & attention to detail was all truly excellent. Pricing was more than fair too As an out of state owner, I initially had concerns selecting a contractor for my two investment properties in Orlando, but they went above & beyond. They handled all aspects of both remodels - carpentry, drywall, paint, stucco, flooring & tile. One property sold quickly, and the other one I will be listing soon. I am already looking for my next batch of projects to bring them in on. Thank you again gentlemen!!

Had a couple of projects completed over the past 2 months. Started ok and then went downhill. Measurements are all off asked for 36 shower footprint get over 40 which now makes it uncomfortable to use the toilet. Miscommunication with workers caused a shower system install that barely works. Had to go into the other bathroom to reinstall causing additional drywall repair. Asked owner about it since already returned valve which owner had to buy and charge me.Now the hot water from the wand and overhead rain shower arent the same temperature. Interior painting was done haphazardly. I had to do the trim work since they didnt touch it. Asked workers to repaint since areas were missing like under the sink. And floor still off colored and grout just sad. Wouldnt recommend.

(1 star) Warning to Contractors and Homeowners My experience with A-Z Property Group FL has been very disappointing. Their communication is poor, and after completing the agreed-upon work, they failed to pay the invoices as promised. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue professionally, I never received payment or a clear response. Contractors be cautious before doing any work for this company. Homeowners take note of how they treat their partners and vendors. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution when dealing with A-Z Property Group FL. Photos are from a deck build they did and wanted me to fix... Very low quality and have zero knowledge of construction...

Had an appointment scheduled for today to have the ceiling painted. This was scheduled this past Monday and the agreed upon time was today between 8:30am-9am for arrival. It is now 10am and they are a no call, no show. Texts have gone unanswered and the phone goes directly to voicemail. Highly unprofessional. Will be sure to let everyone know to stay away from this unreliable company.
