It was great to work with Sam. He installed laminate flooring in my bedrooms which previously had carpeting. He took time out of his day to help me with picking out the materials needed. The work came out beautifully and everything was cleaned up well after the job was complete. A few days later (after the job was complete) I realized one of the rooms had a door that wouldnt close correctly because the transition piece was higher than the one I originally had. He came the next day to adjust it. Everything went well and I highly recommend 3G Contractors.

I hired 3GS construction to do moving in renovation on the House I bought after getting three different estimates from three different companies. They were the most reasonable yet most professional company to deal with. I had to move in within 2 weeks and they were able to complete the work within the two weeks. Unlike other companies will ask for 6 to 8 weeks to complete the same work I asked 3GS to do.. I want to send team for the great and quit work they did.

I was seeking a contractor to do some work in my house. I needed kitchen draws repaired, bathroom ceiling leak repair, I needed a new floor and ceiling repair in my dining room. I decided to use thumbtack and search for a Contractor. I found CG3 construction company and reached out. Sam, the business Owner contacted me to assess the work to be done. His price was reasonable, and the work completed surpassed excellent. He made all the repairs quickly and efficiently as we discussed. His work was not only excellent, but he did extra repairs in my home just to help me out. I cannot say enough about Sam at CG3 construction. I am very pleased and happy. I dont just recommend this company, I HIGHLY recommend them for any type of construction work you need. CG3 is work at its finest.

EDIT/UPDATE: we used Sam and team for two jobs - the first was a paint touch up and everything was fine. So we booked them again for our basement office / remodel. First, they didnt show up at all when they were scheduled and the work started much later. Then it finished much later than the timeline given. The finished work was extremely rushed and looks terrible. There were unfinished nails, messy caulking, sloppy installs where the outlets were not flush, lights scratched and not flush, sloppy paint job and terrible trim work. Worst of all they moved the plumbing over to another side of the basement and disturbed the existing line and caused a leak that we had to pay $600 to be fixed. They denied it had anything to do with them of course, just how they denied doing sloppy work. They did come back to fix the sloppy work but it still looks horrible. They use cheap materials and rush the job. They also peed in water bottles in my yard and left bottles filled with urine which is absolutely disgusting. I had 2 different plumbers come and look at the work and they both said there were many issues with the plumbing PVC pipes (wrong sizes, sloppy glue work), and gas lines (completely wobbly and not strapped down, too much of the paste and sloppily installed, too close to other pipes, etc.). When you confront Sam he denies everything and takes no accountability for his poor work. I should have listened to the other 1 star review on here from about a month ago. It seems their work must be slipping. All in all I truly wish we used another company. I would never use 3gs again nor would I recommend them to anyone, unless maybe its just for paint touch ups per below first job. Sam & team are absolutely amazing. Very responsive, professional, and punctual. I hired Sam for a paint touch up job and they did wonderful and paid close attention to detail. I will definitely hire them again potentially for a basement finishing project. Highly recommend!

Sam and hes crew worked in my basement we had a flood replaced all sheet rock There are waves in all the walls. Ceiling is terrible waves as well. It cost me $20,000 the work is terrible. He used the cheapest most inexpensive material Money could buy Every time I go in my basement, I get very sad and depressed. he took advantage of me and my family charge top dollar for horrible work..... this is completely my fault my sister hired him. I thought it was a little odd when he pulled up in a Honda. He had no trucks with company name on. He works out of his car. Unfortunately, I was not around. If I was I wouldve kicked them out the minute they started. Very, very upsetting my basement needs to be demo cOMPLETE, and start over everything needs to be torn out now next time I hire a company and they pull up in a Honda. I will tell them to turn around and go home. Seemed like a very nice gentlemen unfortunately, you cannot go by that these days Nobodys fault but mine Beware Everything is crooked the walls the ceiling I dont know what to do. It makes me sick every time I look at this basement. Horrible
