Do not recommend them for many reasons. The first is they made an appointment to give a quote to do siding. Shortly before the appointment time, they called to say they were going to be late. They a bite later they called to reschedule completely; I had taken off of work early to meet them but whatever. Then for the rescheduled appointment they were 2 hours late and when they got here they said their quote guy wasnt around and couldnt actually give me a quote but kept asking for my signature to do the work anyways. I declined to sign anything without an actual quote so they demanded to speak to my husband. I told them my husband is not the legal owner of the house and cannot sign for any work on it but they kept saying they need to talk with him because "he will understand". So anyways they made another appointment to come back. When they came back they tried suckering me into paying them for them coming out multiple times, demanding to speak to my husband again, then kept verbally telling me a number as a quote, which honestly kept changing as I was asking questions like what material would you use, ect. Then they refused to send me a written quote via email until they send a choppy email with just a number. I sent an email asking for a break down of the quote and short description of the work and what material. After days of them bothering me to just sign it while I told them to give me a description. I had said I needed the houses exterior siding re-done and we agreed on composite for the material, but after FINALLY getting the quote break down, it said it would be pressure treated wood for a deck stairs. Not what we agreed on, not the work I had told them I needed, and magically the quote number changed again with a short note asking for my husbands phone number (again, he doesn't own the home). I knew I didnt want to go with them for the fact they kept giving me a run-around quote, changing the work theyd be doing, and the blatant misogynistic employees. They then called me multiple times a day and at one point said that my husband had signed for work to start (he did not). I had to block them. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Seriously, they are the worst.

The workers showed up on time every day and were very knowledgeable on construction and what needed to be done. The office was very good at keeping us updated and informed on the schedule, where things were at and any delays due to materials or inspections. I would definitely reccomend 3 Brothers to anyone who needs additions or any projects, large or small. Very professional and polite!, definitely a 5 star job!!

Garage Remodel: plaster, paint & trim services Not sure where to begin. Initial estimate and quote experience was amazing. I was confident that it was going to be an easy process with an estimated completion date of 2 weeks. Never was communicated with for first day of renovations... instead had a random man show up at my house (unannounced) telling me he is here to start the project. Never recieved communication from my point of contact until I had to reach out to him myself (this reoccurred throughout the entire experience). He had let me know that not even he knew someone was coming. Never provided start/end times of when people would arrive or leave. So they came and went as they wanted Day 1-3 was amazing. CS Drywall and Painting was the subcontractor and did an amazing job with the plaster, keeping the floors protected and cleaning up after himself. Would hire them independently. Then painting was supposed to begin. It was rescheduled 4-5x due to the point of contact not being available to paint it himself. I was constantly met with a message Ill let you know by end of day and got zero response until a day later. Once painting began and completed, I was left with paint spills on my floors, light switch covers, wood banister, and multiple personal items left in my garage that I was assured would be left undamaged. Not to mention that, the painting was also done terribly. It was clear they did one coat of primer and one coat of paint and left it at that. There were so many spots clearly left unpainted and others where you can see the primer through the paint. Around doors and outlets you could see paint smothered on with a paint brush without smoothing it out leaving very obvious paint strokes as it dried. I complained and I was impressed to have them been more than willing to fix the painting. However, I shouldnt have to tell them that this was unacceptable. Not to mention they painted an entire stairwell the wrong color and because I told them to leave it they said theyd give me a 15 year warranty but I never recieved any documents supporting this. Then we get to the trim... installed carelessly initially. After it was installed I was able to quite literally pull it out of the wall. So to fix it, they added 6-8 nails in each corner of each piece because thats how its supposed to be done to secure it. Then globbed caulk over each hole. After I yet again complained about this lazy craftsmanship they assured me a coat of paint was going to fix it all.... Not to mention the piece of trim that was cut jagged. When the trim was fixed a layer of silicone caulk was smeared all over (which I never asked for) resulting now in areas that cannot be painted over. Trim was replaced correctly after my meeting with a supervisor. I had a supervisor visit my home 3x in total due to worker mistakes and was assured the mistakes would be fixed. And all of them were, but not without an insane amount of advocacy and babysitting of the work that was being done. I wish I had gotten this warning before hiring. At the end the result is what I had wanted but it took hours of initiating communication on your own and advocating for the quality you were promised in order to get the result you desire. Im not saying dont hire them, just be cautious and advocate if something doesnt look good.

One of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with to recieve a quote. Cancelled the first date they were supposed to show up. Then didn't show up on the second date. Then messaged back after saying they don't do a simple window install. Sounded like they farm the work out to subcontractors and don't even do their own work or quotes.

I had an amazing experience with 3 Brothers Construction! I called originally because I had a few shingles missing after an ice and wind storm. After speaking with Evencio he gave me the information needed to make an insurance claim. He advocated for me every step of the way and replace my whole roof. The actual roof looks great and was done in one day! I would recommend this company to everyone. If you are even considering them, I suggest you schedule your free estimate.
