Experienced a catastrophic material collapse of a brick mailbox. This phenomenon is not readily understood nor researched . However thanks to 1A Construction the rebuild was performed the next working day. Fair estimate, one call and xfer of payment. Like stepping back through a time portal. Thanks guys!! Alan Merton and his crew from A1 Construction put a new roof on my house two weeks ago. From the boss down to the workmen, they were professional, kind and pleasant to work with. I appreciate that they did a great job in a very timely manner and that Alan made himself available to answer questions. Alan also met with the insurance adjuster as the adjuster made his walk-through. And worked with him throughout this process. I highly recommend this company and I will call them again the next time I need a remodel or repair on my home.

They listen to our wants and needs and offer advice when our "wants" may not be the best approach. They are professional, courteous and honest. /these are things that can't be said about many other contractors. If you need work done on your home you cannot do better than Alan and 1A Construction. I have used 1A Construction for all my storm and General house related repairs for years and they have not failed to impress. Not only was their pricing competitive for my most recent full garage door installation needs, but they were also the fastest in scheduling the repair. My garage door was damaged Thursday, Feb 16th, 2023 and by Friday, they had a quote to me. We scheduled for Monday morning at 8:30 am and the repairs were completed before 11:00 am, fully installed and set up. The other companies said they couldnt even get someone out to look at the damage until Monday. Id used 1A Construction for my roofing and gutter repairs a few years back, and will continue to request quotes from them for my upcoming repair and maintenance projects. I have been very satisfied with the work performed, and with the quality and professionalism of the tradesmen they utilize.

We would highly recommend 1A Construction. Alan and his team were professional from the beginning to the very end. He replaced some rotten facia on the exterior of my house, replaced all the gutters, painted the exterior of the house as well. He also replaced some damaged roofing being careful to match existing shingles. The things we appreciated the most about Alan and his team was the attention to detail, excellent quality of work, communication, and reliability. He did it right, didnt cut corners and delivered as promised. He even guided me on my choices of paint color which ended up being the right choice and made my house look awesome. We are so happy we picked them and will recommend them to friends as well as would use them again if the need arises.
