I want to give a huge thank you to 1 and All Floors. We had a major water line breaking our home and needed our whole downstairs redone. Nelson and his team were fantastic. First, prior to listing, I requested a few preliminary repairs for added value. They were in and out in less than 24 hours, and the work was perfect. Nelson and his team helped to repair our bedroom after it was partially destroyed. When we initiated a homeowner's claim, we went down a list of general contractors and were told they did not do the type of work we were looking for. In one situation, I was supposed to have a consultation, but the GC never even bothered to show up during our scheduled time. So, thank goodness for friends with contacts. The same day I reached out to Nelson, he contacted me and visited the house to assess the damage. Shortly after completing all the insurance requirements, Nelson's team started work on our room and put it back together as quickly as possible. I really appreciated how communicative Nelson was throughout the whole process. Hopefully, the next time we need his services, it will be because of our choice to remodel instead of fixing damages to the house. We would definitely recommend 1In All. You will not be disappointed.
