Great experience from start to finish. Great communication and shows up on time, those 2 qualities alone are more than most contractors have in my experience. Oh and he does AWESOME drywall work on top of that. I had a smaller project (hang a few sheets, tape/mud and finish) that i was having issues finding a quality drywaller to do (most wanted bigger jobs or just never called me back). I highly recommend him and he will be my first call for future needs. Id rather support a small business owner vs a big drywall company.

I'm not a fan of superlative branding. There are myriad service contractors who lean on definitions of A+, Superior, First-Rate, etc., in their name only to underwhelm. In the case of Top Tier, the opposite is overwhelmingly true. Bret delivers on "of the highest quality" in every possible regard. From responsiveness to knowledge, project planning and pacing, prep and cleanup, and of course the final result, you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone equal or better. I didn't include a picture of his work on our home addition because it wouldn't accurately capture how truly exceptional it is. Put another way, take whatever your definition of perfect is and he'll exceed it. Top Tier is tops in my book and worthy of its name. We hope to have another opportunity to work with Bret again in the future.

Bret does amazing work. He has an eye for detail and it shows in the quality of his work. I called him back to finish the drywall on the second half of my project house because he did so awesome on the first, and it wasn't your usual finish job either, with lots of off angles and corner bead. With all the intersecting tight corners it turned out better than I could have imagined, so it was a no brainer who I call from now on for exceptional drywall finishing.
