Priced with many contractors and was best price by far and in general they say you get what you pay for but this was certainly not the case. They were professional, reliable, responsive and did an awesome job. Would highly recommend them to friends, family and neighbors. Cant say enough good things about them. Great service from start to finish

I rented in Philly for 3 years and definitely put some miles on my place, I really needed to make sure I was able to get my full deposit back from my landlord so I could move out of the city. Bryan was extremely professional, responsive and got the right people to get the job done. He got my place back to 100% before I moved out, I couldnt be more appreciative for his help and fully recommend to anyone who need help with painting and drywall repair.

Ive been living in Graduate Hospital for like 3 years now. Love the neighborhood hated the paint inside our home. I was looking for someone to come give us and idea on what I wanted with no plan of actually getting it done. Bryan came the next morning, helped me pick out colors, told me which rooms to get done to actually fit my budget, AND even brought a dog toy for my dog to keep em busy while his team painted. Definitely using them again!!!!

I called That1painter for an estimate for one of my rental properties by Upenn. Bryan scheduled me for an estimate immediately upon me calling and got out the next day for an estimate. I had a few other companies but Bryan was the only one to give me a price on the spot while I was waiting days for estimates for other companies. They were very professional on the job. Great prep, professional painters, clean work, and got it finished by the deadline I asked for. Highly recommend using his services. 10/10
