Update on previous review. Unable to edit. Storm Restoration Pros replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts after a summer storm knocked a tree onto our roof. I was in contact with Alex, Robert and Ulyses over the course of the project. Pros: - Quality work - Knowledgeable contractors that explained everything on my insurance claim report. - Hard working crew Cons: - Communication. Apparently I was emailed regarding start date and time, but I never received said email. It was radio silence on the days I thought they would be working. - Cleanup. 3 out of 5 on the clean up. Still findng old shingles in my flower beds, plus gazebo work area was basically ignored during cleanup.

I had a very positive and satisfying experience with Storm Restoration Pros. The Derecho that swept through Iowa damaged my home in multiple areas. Roof damage, water leaking through ceiling, damaged siding and gutters. My home is 122 years old and took a beating. I also had asbestos siding with lead paint underneath. When factoring in the large size of my home and high peaks on the roof, NOBODY wanted to take the task of repairing my home. Including my insurance company. At Storm Restoration Pros they understood that this was not just a house, but was my HOME. They took the job, and I couldn't be happier. Jackie Salgado simplified terms for me and educated me on a somewhat confusing process when dealing with insurance. Insurance was uncooperative, but Jackie never backed down and got the ENTIRE project approved. Ulyses Deleon was the project manager and was available on site daily, as well as taking my many phone calls whether it was 6am or 11pm. He insured a clean, professional, and respectful project. His crew worked magic, especially Anuar, his attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Robert Moreno was awesome as well, and helped me with some very affordable upgrades. Super kind and personable folks.

They processed my claim for the wrong date, due to this my claim was rejected by my insurance. I had to stay on top of what was going on in both their end and insurance end. It was annoying to constantly ask for updates, communication can be improved.

I'm giving Rolando Iglesias and his team a 5 star rating because he stepped up to fix a horrible customer service experience with the first vendor that came to offer the roofing services. After waiting for services and no communication, Rolando came to our home and apologized for the previous vendors unprofessional behavior and asked us to give him a chance to fix the situation properly. We were angry but gave him an opportunity to follow through. His team came back a couple of weeks later due to Covid and replaced our roof and they finished the work in one day. Rolando was professional, efficient, and exuded the best customer service he could offer. We were extremely happy with his teams work and his kind mannerisms. I'd consider using this company again if I need work done but only if Rolando was the supervisor and his team worked on my property. 5 stars for this kind gentleman and his team!
