We used Richards Painting to do the inside of our house before moving in. The crew was great. Although I added a bunch of extra work during the process, they were very accommodating. The work was meticulous and they asked questions instead of assuming we wanted something a certain way. This is not a rush through type of company. Much time was taken to get everything prepped before the painting even started. We are thrilled with the results. We already have them scheduled to do the outside. Thanks guys.

Richard and his crew did an exceptional job, completing the project in a timely manner. As an engineer who is highly detail-oriented and particular, I can attest that they exceeded my expectations; my house now looks fantastic. They painted the entire exterior of my house using three different colors, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail with beautiful, crisp lines and careful overspray prevention, even when working around a complex screened-in porch area. Their preparation work was thorough: they expertly caulked, applied wood filler, scraped, and sanded everything, making the house exterior look brand new. In addition to the main painting project, they also refinished my stained arched French front doors, restoring them to a like-new condition. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to my best of friends.

Richards Painting Company of Johnson City was very professional and dedicated. He came with his employee (Cody) talk with us about the color and product that we should use for our door. That would last longer than 5 years. We have only lived here for 5 years and the outside of the door was in very bad condition. It should have lasted longer than 5 years because it does not get a lot of sun, water or damage because its under a porch that protects it. Just did not have it done correctly the first time. Richard went and bought the stain while Cody started prepping the door....taping, putting clothes on the floor and tapping around the door and windows and sanding. By the time Richard returned with the stain Cody was close to starting Staining the door. No wasted time and Richard continued coming by off and on looking at the door and seeing if there was anything that was not up to his standards or perfections. Cody did a great job and never took many breaks at all, nor wasted time talking and got the job done in ample time and very detailed. Thank you Richard and Cody for the great work and your dedication and hard work. Would recommend them for anyone who needs any Professional Painting done in your homes inside and outside. D of Richards Painting and his crew did a fine job. Crown molding, walls, multiple patches , doors, and even louvered door's were finished well. They cleaned up and took all waste with them. I recommend them to anyone needing a great paint job at a fair price.

Richard's team did a superb job at patching a bunch of ceiling holes from a house re-pipe and then painting the walls and all the trim in 2000 sq ft. The jobsite was kept very clean with attention to keeping the dust and mess to a minimum. Painstaking attention was paid to the trim and the multiple coats to go from builder grade wood to painted white. Surfaces have held up well to movers, dogs, and general living. Highly recommend!
