Casey was so sweet to come out and quote a closet project. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. Their business practices were, unfortunately, very disappointing- I never received the quote. I kept calling to ask where my quote was, and just kept getting pushed off. Finally, after two weeks, I called to say that I needed to move on this project, so I'm moving on to other contractors. But now I'm a few weeks even further behind! It would've been nice to receive the quote and be told upfront "hey we are booked 6 weeks out", or whatever, but to never even receive a quote and for me having to keep calling and babysitting it? Extremely disappointing. They were kind, and I'm glad business is good, but very disappointed overall.

Omaha Handyman replaced a storm door for me as well as hanging two solar lights on my garage. The serviceman was efficient and timely, while also taking time to show me how the new door would work. I would definitely consider and recommend them for any future projects.

These guys do great work for a very reasonable price. I had a very specific issue involving countertop trim and the replacement of a dishwasher. Good thoughtful service too. Definitely recommend!

Casey with Omaha Handyman Services saved us so much time, money, and hassle. We had received high bids from two other companies to repair part of our basement after it flooded , which didn't even include the construction costs to rehang the drywall, paint, and redo baseboards. Casey offered us a practical solution at approximately a third of the cost we had been quoted and he was able to handle the project start to finish. These guys were great! Prompt, friendly, and made quick work of taking down our nonfunctioning patio fan and assembling and replacing with a new one. Hubby doesnt do ladders and it was too heavy for me to manage. Highly recommend. Would hire again

I contacted Omaha Handyman Service for help with some home improvement projects. Alex and Chase arrived promptly and within a couple of hours, they hung a coat rack; assembled a dressing table, and installed 2 floating shelves. Mandi scheduled the appointment and answered questions about the process. She makes a great first impression for the company. Omaha Handyman Service did a great job for us. Our property basement was inundated with water during a heavy rain storm last year. Casey pulled his crew off a job they were working on to cut out the carpet and impacted drywall as well as to get fans and dehumidifiers going the very day it happened. They then worked with us to put the entire basement back together. They do quality work and communicated effectively during the process.

After our initial microwave installation fell through two days before Christmas, we called Omaha Handyman Service and they were able to send two guys out the same day. They did an excellent job installing the new microwave and even cleaned up afterwards. So appreciate them making the extra effort to get this done before the holiday!

Alex was very nice and willing to get the work done no matter what. I was able to find a reputable service on google that I will continue to use in the future! He installed a towel rack for me and he also added another small towel ring too with no upcharge. The old holes will be fixed and patched up next week!

He was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable about the faucet replacement, and went the extra mile when I said I thought the faucet was just a bit slanted to one side. Showed up on the early end of the arrival window, were in and out in under an hour. Fixed the stone work on our fireplace and installed a new exhaust fan in the bathroom. The guys were friendly, polite, and also answered our questions in regard to another project we are planning on doing.
