They did a beautiful job, were super careful and super nice, and cleaned up really well before they left. I could not have been happier.

My home in Wexford, PA, had multiple plumbing leaks due to copper pipe pinholes. Damages occurred in December 2025 and again in February 2026. I made multiple calls to the so called "24/7" restoration contractors but they wouldn't get back to me. So I called Loft Home Services and we were finally able to get our repairs done in mid May! Our job consisted of replacing drywall sections on two floors, plus replacing a kitchen cabinet and assorted wall trim. Michael and Conrad did a great job and we are very pleased with the workmanship! Our home looks 'normal' again after months of staring at ceiling and wall holes. This company is a complete joke! Multiple issues here, I wanted two ceiling cracks minor (all in one room) they were more cosmetic and not concerning repaired they took about a month to have someone give an estimate charged me $50 for coming out for said estimate and quoted me $3000 yes $3000 dollars to fix two cracks and paint the whole ceiling in kitchen ABD living room, which was not necessary because the matching ceiling paint was in the basement I used another company they charged me $480 for fixing the three cracks because I found another one and I painted the three areas of the ceiling myselfand it matches just fine. Id recommend find someone else! Waste of money and time!!!!

Overall good work. Before and after shown. Also included around the perimeter of the window. About $1600 to repair around this window and repaint. A separate area of the wall was also painted where the old paint looked bad, but the paint didnt match in this area. I dont really hold that against anyone though because they were trying to be helpful and left the can of paint behind.

I can only speak to the quoting process as I did not move forward with Loft Home Services (LHS) for the work I needed. While some may like having a vendor ask questions about why I'm looking to do the work and the purpose of the jobs requested, I thought the extent to which LHS went was excessive, unnecessary and a bit invasive. We reviewed the work needed (nothing major, just handyman stuff) and was asked if I would meet with the estimator in a day or two to review the quote. I agreed but had to reschedule our call to the following day. I requested several times that the quote be sent over for my review prior to the call. They would not send it for 'David, the estimator, prefers to present/review the quote in real time.' Not very customer service oriented, in my opinion. When I finally received the quote, it was a three page elaborate list of things I asked to be done and items that were assumed necessary given the age of the home. There was no itemization whatsoever for any of the jobs and just a final quote of $15,600, for basic handyman work. Outrageous! Finally, I find it unprofessional when a vendor bashes another, in this case Angi, when the estimator said, "I'm surprised they're still in business, most of the time it's just a scam." Not cool. Ironically, I'm going with the company from Angi as they were very professional, the work is guaranteed and they itemized each job allowing me to financially decision each item. On a positive note, Carrie in the office was cordial and professional with every interaction.

We recently worked with David and the team on a small bathroom renovation (plaster repair, lighting, sink and cabinet installation, and painting). The finished bathroom looks fantastic, and we were so pleased with the process. From the start, David listened to our ideas and translated our needs to practical plans. He also helped us plan our project goals in stages so we could find a plan that worked with our budget now but will allow us to return to the project in the future without undoing any past work. This is the second time I have hired Loft Home Services to do work in my home. And since finishing the second "project", I have now scheduled them to come out again for a third project! The things they just finished look amazing. They fully remade a radiator cover for my front hall; including new lumber and stain to match existing 120 year old beautiful wood. It fits into the slot perfectly. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They also fixed trim that had fallen off of an old door. It matches so well you can't tell it is brand new. Every single employee I have met of theirs is a quality person of high character; all the way from the owner:), to the office person:) and all of the talented employees:).
