UPDATE: Michelle, Daniel's sympathetic and apologetic wife, called me and refunded my deposit. -- The phone screenshots tell the story. Daniel took a deposit to hold specific dates and then completely failed to deliver. He confirmed the schedule and payment upfront , but when it came time to actually do the work, he became unreliable, inconsistent, and ultimately a no-show. He repeatedly gave time windows, changed them, and then simply never came without the courtesy of a text to tell me he wasn't coming. Instead, I was left waiting around while he sent excuse after excuse about being behind or dealing with other issues. There was zero respect for my time, no sense of professionalism, and never an apology. After multiple missed days and no work completed, I asked for my deposit back. What followed was more delay, deflection, and resistance. Rather than taking responsibility, he became argumentative and tried to shift blame, even suggesting I should meet halfway despite the fact that he never fulfilled any part of the agreement. This wasnt just disorganizedit felt like a complete disregard for basic accountability. Taking someones money, failing to show up, and then refusing to return it is unacceptable. If youre looking for someone reliable, communicative, and professional, avoid Daniel.

Update: Cant leave more than one review, so I am updating this one. Daniel has since been hired for two more jobs at my house. He did an amazing job and the result is great each time! I will continue to call him for any of my drywall needs. Michelle and Daniel were both amazing. Michelle kept me up to date every step of the way and was even able to move my appointment up a day. Their FaceTime quoting is an amazing idea and saved me from taking time off to be home for the quote. Daniel was punctual, skilled, and a super nice guy. I am very pleased with the repairs he performed. Pricing was very fair for the professional finish, highly recommend them.

Prior to his work, we had about 12 settling cracks on our vaulted ceiling. He reinforced the drywall, taped, mudded, primed, and painted the ceiling. It now looks like a brand new house.
