The absolute worst!!! Do not go with this company. The female in the office is a mess, extremely unprofessional and doesn't seem to have a clue as to what she's doing when it comes to scheduling. They were a no show more than three times. When I called them out on their unprofessionalism they didn't like it. Seriously. Don't know how they get to any of their appointments and who allows them to do the work with the constant no-shows . USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

It's only a 1 star because I have to select something. Absolutely the worst communication with the customer since day 1. Getting phone calls from the company an hour after the job window to let the customer know it's not going to happen is ridiculous. I had to leave work early to accommodate the workers' schedule just for a no-show! Companies like this shouldn't accept home warranty jobs if they can not fulfill the request. Can't comment on the quality of their work since I never got to see it. Don't waste your time here!

I will definitely use this company again, the guy was courteous and explained what was covered by my home warranty insurance, which is the rough patch and did a great job. The lady on the phone was very nice as well.

My house had various areas drywall cracks (ceilings and walls). Used Yelp to request quotes from multiple companies. DryWall Masters responded quickly and provided initial estimates. Also quickly able to setup an actual walk through and agreed to a very reasonable price. All happened quickly and no hassle with quick communication via email. The job completed with great quality including matching color paint job. Payment is also very easy through online payment system. Highly recommended for any drywalls project.

Horrible service. The guy argued about not being able to fix high ceiling and my ladder that extends to 26 feet will not reach. Argued for 40 minutes until called office and owner talked to him. Guy was slow and was trying not do the work. Van looked like a wreck with trash inside. Do not let this place do the work. We still have to do finish ceiling patch since says warranty will not cover rest. They did not even fix the wall in my bedroom that they was suppose to from the plumbing through warranty. Do not use these people. Also thinking about going to another warranty company since keep getting horrible service unless we talk to the owner of the contracted company.

I was assigned this company through my home warranty. The lady named Sarah that answered the phone was rude from the beginning of scheduling. The work was horribly done. My tenant asked about finishing the work and was told that's all he can do! I understand he can't paint but I have to hire someone to fix his mess too! Obviously the warranty company is using the lowest quality company and it shows!
