Spent 1 entire year waiting for permits. After a year of waiting, we got permits and ordered all of the materials for a bathroom renovation by Baires Construction Corp last month. They delivered the materials to the property and then sent us a random project estimate that was unrelated to our project. We replied to them, asking for a real estimate that applied to us for confirmation before they started. They ignored the email and then called the city of Miami Beach and canceled the permit without our authorization, nor our attorney's authorization. Obviously, they can't be trusted to follow through on a project or provide valid estimates. Guess this explains all of the 1-star reviews here.

Terrible workmanship. They're outright rip-offs. They did a bathroom that I already have to redo because of how badly they did it. They used grout mixed with sand, and the tile cuts were disastrous.

Very poor quality work, don't not accept pictures as proof of their work as anyone can cut an paste from internet. Poor communication skills, I had to pay someone else to re-grout tiles in wet area as water and moisture would have gone behind tiles. Did not put marble threshold on floor at the door, after telling me to go buy an $8 marble threshold they installed it in wrong location. Again, I had to pay someone else to do it correctly. They brought insulation to sound proof walls and did not install it, left bag of insulation in my yard. I originally asked for two (2) estimates 1 with tiled walls and one with no tiles walls, only received the one without tiled walls. Cut out in new tile for toilet flange oversized, had to pay someone else to fix. Tiles on wall not plum, back of toilet tank rubbing on new tile on wall and tank cover did not fit due to scraping wall, had to pay someone else to fix. I did not consider having them do the repairs because after the wrong installation of the marbel threshold I lost all faith in their quality of work to do any repairs!!!! Consumer beware!!!!!
