Had some flooring issues in bathroom as well as some other repairs needed to prep a house for sale. Everyone we interacted with was great! He has fixed my garage door to keep the rain out, has replaced an exterior door that was old and rotted, along with the transition and hardware needed, and today he put a new flange on a toilet pipe from 1970! Max is awesome and great at what he does. My wife and I actually had 5 different companies come take a look at the job we wanted. It was a upgrade of our guest bathroom which entailed drywall repair, painting, flooring install and a new exhaust fan along with reinstalling lighting and a vanity. Max was always on time, courteous, cleaned up and made sure everything was up to a high standard. I also want to say Abby was extremely nice to talk to, kind and made sure we knew everything that was going on in a timely manner.

Ive hired a lot in my lifetime and I would say Max is the best of them all. Were so grateful to have found such a solid, honest, trustworthy, hard working pro with integrity. Max takes pride in his work and it shows in the outcomes. We intend to give Max all of our project work going forward. Todays job was to replace a built in microwave. Removing the old and installing the new. 1. Max arrived on time and was fully equipped and prepared. 2. He methodically completed the job without any delay or issues. 3. He cleaned up after himself as he went along and left the work area clean as a whistle. 4. He completed the job within the estimated timeframe - actually about 30 mins early. Which shows he planned a little buffer for any surprise issues. Happy there werent any!! I contacted Legacy Handyman after seeing a facebook ad for deck building. I had ordered a wooden playset for my son for our backyard - but was leaning towards having a professional do it. Decks, carpentry = playset right? I was so fortunate to have Legacy Handyman agree to take on my job and at an EXCELLENT price. I personally had some scheduling issues regarding other construction and projects being delayed, and he was always responsive, kind and flexible with our schedule. When it came time for the job to be done - he used a professional booking, reminder and invoicing system, which I really appreciate. The playset build was completed in 1 day and was efficient, professional and most of all safe and done right. I will most certainly be reaching out for future jobs.

Max did an amazing job on our new flooring and mini bathroom overhaul recently. Not only does he work super hard and have integrity about his work, he is personally very kind, trustworthy and considerate. He was very understanding of our newly adopted reactive dog (excessive barking at times) and that meant the world to us. He communicated with us about every aspect of the job... from the quote, to the selection of materials, the work itself and his daily arrival time. A threshold was overlooked by all of us during the final walk through. He went out of his way with a very congested schedule to put this finishing touch on our flooring the next week. Max is the first person that we have hired that I would re-hire over and over again as we update our house. We cant recommend him highly enough! Thank you so much Max! Ive given Max multiple options to correct the repairs on my shed. Hes agreed to come out, then goes unresponsive and misses dates. We had him do a shed refinish, work was sloppy. See photos of the paint job and edging. He installed a window with a broken pane. Rather than asking everything be corrected, I just asked for the paint to be redone. He said he would come out between Feb 21-25. He didnt show during the decent weather on the 21 or 22, I messaged him and asked if he would come out on the 25, and I never heard back. Update: after posting the review, Max did come back to repaint with paint we purchased. The second round of work was completed to a much more satisfactory condition.

He crawled under our house, captured footage of clearly long term water damage (the location and severity of which three previous contractors neglected to acknowledge and address), traced the culprit and fixed the mystery leak topside. He made quick work of a half-bath fix and refresh, removed and replaced our rotted front porch columns and railings, took on a vaulted window in need of caulking inside and out, and still had time to tackle a bunch of other odds and ends on our to-do list.
