As a business owner myself, I have to say that if I ran my business like Mr. Bates runs his, I would be out of business! Horrible customer service, no callbacks, Sent him emails... with zero response. He initially said he could do the job in a couple of days... 10 days later, I still have a large hole in my ceiling, with zero reply! So... if anyone in Durango needs drywall work done... this is NOT the guy!
