Artistic Drywall came to the rescue after another contractor failed to repair their own botched drywall job and left me living in a house with missing drywalls. Sincere gratitude to the crew at Artistic Drywall for their assistance with installing drywalls on the entire 1st floor of my house as planned. Nick did the estimate - his expertise, flexibility and the care he showed during the entire project was exceptional. Mudding and tapping drywall is no joke but Martin excels at this craft and it shows. I couldnt be happier. Very unprofessional. Material was delivered on the scheduled start date, but nobody knew when they were going to be starting work. Several days went by with nobody showing up before we called and were told the crews had covid. Why didn't they call us to tell us that? A week later I was woken up at 7:30am on a Saturday morning by their guy needing the door code to deliver a box of screws. No heads up that they would be coming. Once work got started I had to clean up beer bottles around the property from the crews drinking on site. We had put mineral wool batts in the interior walls to help with sound insulation, and had asked if it would be a problem and were told no. Later found they had ripped much of it out and hid it in the crawlspace and attic without saying anything. Got frantic calls several mornings with guys needing the door code to get in because apparently nobody communicates inside the company. Had electrical boxes covered over that I had to locate and cut out myself afterward. Brand new tub had been installed right before they came in, they didn't use a drop cloth or anything to protect it while they were hanging and mudding so they just left their debris in the tub and kept working on top if it which scratched up the enamel. Also covered the tub with drywall mud and didn't bother to clean it up. Didn't discover the insulation or tub until after having already sent a check and now can't get a hold of them. Do not recommend.

Artistic Drywall was the subcontractor responsible for the drywall in my 1-year old house. The drywall is covered under a 1-year warranty. I contacted Artistic Drywall because the sheetrock is buckling at the joints. They said they would return my call but never called back. When I called them again today the receptionist acted as if they never heard from me. Then she put someone else on the phone (sounded like a manager) who claimed they had finished the drywall on my house in 2016. The house was completed and put on the market in 2017. They didn't even bother to help out or make an estimate and claimed they hadn't been paid properly by MRN homes (the original contractor) for other jobs. Pretty bad customer service and also sounds like they don't care at all about their reputation for quality of work. I will definitely not reach out to these guys in the future when I need work done.

I called Artistic Drywall on short notice because one of my technicians slipped in an attic and cracked the ceiling in the closet of a customers home. They showed up the next day and by the time they were done the customer called us praising the work and professionalism of the gentleman that went out. Outstanding customer service through out. This is the second time I've called them for help and in both cases i have been very pleased. Thank you very much to the staff at Artistic.
