Absolutely wonderful! My parents had an awful experience with a sewage back up and lack of competency from the plumbing company. An experience that should have taken a couple of weeks took months. However, American Restoration was fantastic to work with. We didn't need to wait any longer than a few days for the repairs to start and no longer than a week for it to be completed. This work included drywall, paint, trim and door replacement, installation of vanity and toilet and carpet for the entire basement which was 3 rooms total. There was additional carpeting installed and some alterations requested but overall the work was quick and done well. We had another back up days after they were done with repairs but once again there was no wait to redo everything. My parents are so pleased. The flooring looks beautiful and it was like moving them into a new home. I cannot express enough gratitude for the work crew of American Restoration and will definitely be using them again if I ever need repairs. You guys are the absolute best! Thank you for always being available, answering my calls and for your patience throughout this awful process. Your team was the absolute bright spot in this crappy situation! God bless you!!

American Restoration's representative was great to work with. A tree fell on my house. The rep gave me an estimate the next day. He explained the procedure in dealing with the insurance company and let me know what I had to do to ensure that the process would go smoothly. The workers showed up on time and got the work done to my satisfaction in just a few days. There was one misunderstanding with a gutter subcontractor, but the rep took care of it quickly. The whole process was a lot easier than I thought it would be, except for a tree falling on my house.

We experienced a water issue in our basement that dampened our carpet. We needed to install a new subfloor drainage system. This required cutting out drywall and the baseboards. Brandon from American Restoration came out after the drywall was cut and was able to get a team in right away. On the first day, they replaced the drywall, insulation, studs, framing, and baseboards. They matched the paint perfectly and made everything look like new. The next day, they replaced the carpet padding and laid the carpet back out. You have to hate when things like this happen, but American Restoration quickly made it feel like nothing ever happened thank you!

We used ARS for a basement renovation after a burst pipe. They replaced and repaired drywall, painted, and laid a new floor. Their work is high quality and they were responsive and helpful throughout. Very transparent on pricing and flexible working with us to choose different paint and floor options. Contractors were on time and respectful. We will use them again for non-restoration work.

We are so glad we read the reviews and went with American Restoration for our mold remediation after a shower cracked upstairs left moisture in the walls downstairs with mold. It was an easy process with inspection, fair price quote, and they removed the mold very hygenically and professionally as well as reinstalled the drywall that was ripped off during the mold removal process too. During the entire time, they made sure to keep the living area downstairs and furniture clean with plastic covers, set up negative pressure for the mold, removed all the dust and debris, and after about 3 days, our downstairs was as good as new. They were also very responsive in their texts, including the time when they came back a second time to do additional spraying when a small spot of mold was missed in the ceiling. Their teams did a phenomenal and professional job and we are very pleased with the end result. I would use them again for any restoration needs.

Id highly recommend ARS if you find yourself with a water issue!! I recently walked into our finished basement after some heavy rain and discovered that we had water issues coming from somewhere. The carpet in half our family room was soaked. This was at 7 or 8 in the evening. Didnt know who to call or what to do, so I started Googling away. Thats how I discovered ARS. I called that night and spoke to Nate Welch, who offered to come by the house that night to assess the damage and begin remediation. After getting the space properly dried out and dehumidified a few days later, we realized the issue had been there for a while. When we started looking behind the baseboard and the drywall, we discovered our worst fear mold. After discussing the process with Nate, the ARS team came in and professionally remediated the mold issues. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves, leaving the place just as they found it - minus the mold, drywall, carpet and carpet padding that was damaged : ) The ARS team did a great job for us and Id highly recommend them. Its a gross feeling to discover a water issue in your basement. If you find yourself in that unfortunate position, you want to work with someone you can trust. Nate made himself available at all hours to address our concerns. He was very patient as we peppered him with questions. And he always provided his honest opinion and advice, even when that may not have been best for the companys bottom line. Thats not easy to find today.
