We had a great experience with American Plaster & Drywall. They were able to schedule us quickly and their team did a terrific job installing and finishing our ceilings. They also finished the plaster/drywall repairs on our walls and skim coated the rooms. We've worked with other drywall crews in the past and this experience with AP&D was soooo much better! Top quality, great communication, timely and clean. You can't ask for better.

I recently had a remodel done of my attic and I was in need of drywall replacement. American drywall and plaster came in. Gave me a great quote and was able to get started very quickly. They stayed on budget and on schedule. I have included a few photos of the end result of their work. I cant say enough good about this company. It started with the quoting process, the man that came out was very friendly, easily understood our plans, and told us howd they do it. The estimate came back promptly and was very fair! The work they did was phenomenal! They ran into a major problem on one of the areas (not their faultjust the prior person that did poor work coupled with the age of the house at 111 years.) They presented the problem honestly, explained the options, and worked with us towards a solution. They worked tirelessly to fix the problem area right and the adjustment they made to the price was EXTREMELY reasonable given the amount of work it took. That area turned out truly amazing! When they were done, the whole area was cleaned up nice for such a dirty job! They communicated very well the whole time and always showed up at time with a smile on their faces! Work done: 1. cut out and replaced water-damaged, bowing area of plaster and adjacent crack. 2. Fixed another large unsightly crack in plaster elsewhere in the room. 3. Scrape and completely refinish a textured plaster ceiling and made it smooth (this was the part that was originally supposed to be to remove some bad mud work and retexture until they discovered the whole thing was delaminating.) I will absolutely use them again next time something needs fixed up on our old house!

Due to state code I needed to install a firewall in my garage which is type x drywall. The garage company only installed it so I contacted American Plaster and Drywall to see if they could tape the joints and finish off some details. They took care of it and it looks great.

In May 2025 we had a water leak in our kitchen ceiling. A plumber had to open the ceiling drain water and make a repair. I called American Drywall and Plaster to repair the ceiling, they did a fabulous Job repairing the damage. I highly recommend this company, they are great people to work with and their finished product is outstanding!!!!

Rock stars! Nick and Richard & crew did a GREAT job repairing the plaster in my home. Everyone was professional and conscientious and they went above and beyond my expectations. After electricians cut 50+ holes to update wiring, they restored the walls and ceiling, including the textured ceiling, to its former beautiful condition. I am so pleased with their job - well done!!

Hired this company for one of my rental units that needed multiple repairs throughout home with smooth and spanish texture. Janos was the tech that did the work. Very nice work, clean up was awesome. Will hire this company again. Highly recommend. 🙂 (3 years ago) 6/25 well this company did more work for another place of mine and actually made the place look like new again after renters destroyed the house. after they were done, I felt at peace with all the repairs and could see a light at the end of the tunnel. would definitely recommend this company for all your drywall needs
