Mr. Eric Thomas is the owner of this business and I cannot deny that gis work is of decent quality: the job he was hired for in July of 2020 was filled with such promise; he conpleted the project around December of 2020 and it only took me a few days after he had finished to realize that he had covered up the washer/dryer hookups. So, there are plenty of caveats to my compliments. The issue is that a 900 sq.ft apartment took Mr. Thomas seven months and prodding to finish the job. I should have found an alternate contractor, but I was a trusting fool (which is solely on my own responsibility). When Mr Thomas finally did come back to the job site after several months of missed phone calls and faulty promises, he finally bullied his way back into my life and finished the job in three days! Wow! If only I hadn't left him to his own devices for all that time, he actually could have finished the job quickly! To top in off, K (a man who Eric claimed was his friend and was acting as an employee to Mr Thomas at the time of this job) apparently was not paid after payment was rendered to Mr Thomas. repeated bad faith actions would make me think twice of contracting with this business. In sum, the job was done, but with so much hassle and Mr Thomas' multiple professional and personal failings, I would steer clear of this business.
