Alex's team came and replaced a wood-rotted support beam in our house frame. They also refinished another support beam's end which was on the way to wood-rotting too. They brought the same color of paint we already had and applied paint to the finished work. They came well prepared and only took two guys one standard workday to complete. We would definitely use them again! The final price was very reasonable. Beware most contractors in this space, Alex Freddi included, only accept paper cash or paper check, no electronic form of payment at all. In 2026, that's still worth it for quality work like theirs.

We want to highly recommend and extend our compliments to the Alex Freddie Construction team. They just finished a project for us that involved repairing family room, laundry and bathroom walls was well as flooring after a major water leak in the laundry room wall. Alex is skilled at defining the work to be done and suggesting solutions to problems. His team, a plumber, an electrician, drywallers, painters and tile installer did the jobs with skill. Plumbing and electrical wiring were brought up to code. We enjoyed working with the project manager who was extremely helpful. Alex Freddie also remodeled a bathroom for us in 2022. We are happy with all the work and will hire Alex Freddie for future projects.

Disappointed with my experience working with Alex Freddi Construction, LLC. While things started off well, the project quickly went off track. Communication became difficult, deadlines were missed, and there was a noticeable lack of organization. Several aspects of the work had to be redone due to poor attention to detail, and I ended up spending more time and money than originally planned. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I cant recommend this company based on the results I received.

Alex Freddi Construction has handled a number of different remodel projects in our home over the last 10+ years, including a challenging bathroom remodel, a complete kitchen remodel, and a family room remodel. The results have been excellent every time. Our most recent project was a laundry room renovation. We specifically asked for Alex Kondor to manage this project as we enjoyed working with him on our last project back in 2020. Alex K. did a great job managing this project and keeping it on schedule, even coming over on a weekend and a holiday to move the project forward, knowing we had a deadline. It was really a pleasure working with him and we are extremely happy with the results. All of his subcontractors were professional and courteous. We have used Alex Freddi for two bathroom remodels and a basement remodel project, and are 100% satisfied with their work. Our project manager, Alex K., was always responsive to my questions and concerns, and he accommodated my change requests efficiently. All their subcontractors did excellent work - everyone was on time and very detailed, including a challenging wallpaper installation that they handled beautifully. We have an old home with "special needs" including lathe and plaster, and lead based paint (removal needed), that they knew how to properly handle. We have recommended Alex Freddi to others and continue to use them on additional work. Highly recommend with no reservations!

We had our first remodeling project done by Alex Freddi and his crew in 2013--our kitchen. This was followed by a powder room and laundry room remodel in 2018, the family room and primary bath in 2022, and the secondary bath in 2023. I guess the greatest recommendation comes from us rehiring him and his team again and again. They are knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Although not the least expensive, it is worth it to pay for quality work. I am including some Before and After shots.

Alex and his team completed a master bathroom remodel for us, and we couldnt be happier with the results. Alex Freddi Construction did a 700 sq ft addition to our 900 sq ft ranch-style home. We wanted more space for our growing family, including a more open and modernized floor plan. The team from Alex Freddi Construction did a wonderful job. They were friendly, easy to work with and helped us to stay within our budget as well as keeping us updated with how the progress was going. Most importantly, they completed the job within the specified time limit. Since our project began in February, the crew faced some of the muddiest, rainiest days of the year. Despite the initial environmental setbacks, they pushed through with a positive outlook and were always professional, polite, and happy to answer our questions. After hearing so many stories of wildly spiraling, over budget additions we were nervous to take the leap, but thankfully, our experience was better than we had even hoped for. We now have an open, light-filled great room, plus a new master bedroom and bathroom. It has made a monumental difference in how we use and feel about our home. We are so thankful for the experience and professionalism from the Alex Freddi Construction team, and would recommend them to anyone looking to do an addition or a remodeling project of any kind.

My wife and I hired Alex Freddi Construction for a kitchen remodel and the results were exceptional -- indeed, the project expanded into all corners of the house (via trim replacement work) once we realized what good work we were observing. It all turned out perfect. At the start of the process, Alex Freddi did an excellent job facilitating the design process by listening keenly to my wife's ideas for the remodel and discussing the scope of possibilities to fulfill her vision. Alex Freddi truly is a master communicator, thus my wife and I always felt like we had a clear sense of what was possible and where the project was going, plus we always knew that Alex understood our goals and constraints. Once the work got underway, Alex Freddi put us in the hands of one of his talented colleagues, Alex Kondor, who implemented and managed the project. Alex K used his experience and talent in construction to complete truly exquisite work. Also, throughout the process, Alex K would recognize unexpected decision points and he would make sure to provide us the opportunity to learn about the situation and make a well-reasoned decision. For instance, at one point, when about to install some skylights above our kitchen, Alex K explained in great detail the load bearing properties of the ceiling joists, rafters, and gable studs in the vicinity of the skylights, thus giving me the information that I needed to ask about how big we could make the skylight openings. Alex K indicated that the properties allowed for an expansive opening and we agreed that such an approach would make the most sense. The result was an incredible skylight "tunnel" (almost like a vaulted ceiling!) that bathes the kitchen in natural light. Without Alex's information-rich approach to handling the decision, this great outcome would not have come to fruition. In sum, Alex Freddi Construction is a true gem. Alex Freddi is a master at his craft -- an excellent communicator with deep knowledge and experience in construction -- and his team includes folks like Alex Kondor, who possess skills, talent, and insights that will ensure your project is completed in a high-quality manner that matches your vision. I highly recommend Alex Freddi Construction for any remodels that you're considering.
