Jon was fantastic! He presented 3 options for the work. I chose the one I felt would be best, he agreed and did an amazing job. We hit one snafu along the way. Jon worked right through it. I would highly recommend this service and Jon especially to anyone.

Very professional. We have had trouble getting the molding to stay on the door. Responsive to our request to get it right. Follow through on their guarantee, which does not always happen with service providers.

I scheduled this service to replace my kitchen hinges with soft clothes hinges. Although the contractor was friendly, he was unable to install the hinges he indicated would work. Communication with the ace office was also disappointing. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not use this service again.

I was highly impressed with Nicholas work of ACE Handyman Services to replace a kitchen faucet and faulty GFCI electrical outlet. I highly recommend him, very professional, answered all my questions. I also asked him to prepare an estimate for drywall work. He also broke down the steps it would take for prep work, amount of materials, the time it could take, safety concerns, cleanup and waste disposal. He also made suggestions on how I might control some of the cost. I really would like him to be a part of that work.

Santino came to work on my mailbox post - a simple job but I appreciated him responding to my original request so promptly. He arrived a little late because an earlier job had run overtime, but had called me to let me know about this. The job itself was performed efficiently and in a much shorter time than originally planned, so I saved some money. As has always been the case with this service, I was very pleased with all aspects of the job; a quick response time, good quality work and a reasonable price. Id be happy to use Santino, or for that matter any of the other professionals with Ace Handyman Services, again.

This is the 2nd time we have used Ace Handyman Services. Jon M was our technician and he did an amazing job! We had a leak in one of our upstairs bathrooms that was leaking through to the first floor ceiling and caused a discoloration. Jon was able to determine what was causing the leak and performed the repair in record time. He also caulked our shower in the master bedroom and matched the caulk color exactly! It was very professional and looked great. We are so pleased with the work Jon does! He is professional, knowledgeable, punctual and very nice! This was another excellent customer service experience and I would highly recommend Ace Handyman Services. I will definitely be using them in the future for repairs!

They came and installed our new front door, which looks great. We had an issue with the storm door, it had a small gap, and they came back twice to make sure it was fixed and to make sure we were satisfied.. Garry was very and friendly helpful. We will definitely use Ace Handyman service again.

Last year we had a handyman who did drywall work for us, really good work, easy to work with. I'm told he's working elsewhere now, which is too bad. Recently we had another handyman who installed cabinet hardware for us, and had some issues. Office was understanding and provided a partial refund.
