He was diligent and produced quality work, conscientious in leaving a clean work area, made both of us comfortable having him around our home, and all around just a nice person. Tony worked through the hottest part of the day on possibly the hottest day of the month. Sorry for the delay getting back to you. Both Nikko and Matthew did a great job installing our utility room cabinets. A few extra screw holes made in the interior but nothing you can see once the cabinets were filled. We definitely will consider to use them again on our next home improvement project.

Doug repaired a large hole in our drywall that had been caused when a guitar hanging on the wall fell off. He was professional and competent throughout the process. He explained the job thoroughly. He completed the work in less than the estimated time, and reduced the charge accordingly. I would definitely use his services again.

Matthew has been great to work with. Weve used this service multiple times to fix our outdoor fans, and each time the issue was diagnosed quickly, with a clear plan for follow-up when parts needed to be ordered. Our kitchen sink was also replaced with care and attention to detail. Once the fan parts came in, scheduling the return visit was easy and well communicated. During that visit, we also added a front entryway sconce and had open wiring in the attic addressed. Well definitely continue working with Matthew for future projects in his area of expertise.

Matthew contacted us the night before our appointment to confirm his arrival time and what hed be doing. The next morning We received a text message letting me know he was on the way along with a photo; which I really appreciated. He came in mounted our tv in no time. He helped me set it up (I am tech illiterate) and made sure we were happy with the placement. He left my living room completely clean. He was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my first time using this Ace service and I will be using it and requesting Matthew for future work. Thank you, Matthew and Ace!
