I have Zach from Ace Handyman Service Rivers install new windows in my 120 year old house. He did a fantastic job. Zach was professional and very friendly to talk with. The installation went faster than what they had quoted which saved me some money. The new windows are completely air tight and the caulking is perfect. Was great to have a true professional do the work. I highly recommend them for installing windows

Caleb and Zach came to assemble and install ceiling fan, install tension mounted blinds. And relocate tv mount. While they were unable to do the last two due to missing brackets. And tv size limitations they did get the ceiling fan assembled and installed we will have them back again. They have many useful skills for homeowners. I didnt get any other quotes so Im unsure how their price would compare .

Ace Handyman services quoted me $328.00 plus the price of the wood to put up a handrail. I was charged $794.89. I dont know what the handrail cost because I never received a receipt. I have been in to speak with the lady in charge. She said they regularly charge more than cost of the wood (unpainted). The work was good but get a written estimate and expect it to be $460.00 more than the estimate. Not happy at all.
