I had Unique Home Contractor replace all my windows, including a bow window added in the front, and new vinyl siding. I was pleased with the work and the quality of the products used, so I had them come and replace my roof when it was needed. I received very competitive pricing for the high quality. We had them remodel our kitchen and bathroom about two years ago when we bought our first home and wanted to update it. They had to remove a whole wall to make an open concept between our living room and kitchen. It turned out great and we get so many compliments on the kitchen island that they designed specifically for our space. In our master half bath we had them gut it and install a new floor, toilet and vanity. We were pleased with all the results. We really appreciated how Rick worked with us to keep this project within our budget.

Hired to do removal of stairwell wall, and replace a banister and add another. Wall and mud work was great, but the banister work was uneven and not evenly spaced. Put too many holes in runner board that wasn't going to be stained, and will need to be replaced. If you want someone that will have to come back a few times because it wasn't done or measured right the first time, go ahead and hire them. I'll be replacing the banisters myself now. Total waste of money. Not recommended.
