We found Elite after contacting a few other drywall companies and hearing no response-but Franco reached out the same day as the request was sent and gave an estimate that afternoon and promptly began work on our project the next day! Franco and his crew did an amazing job on our front foyer ceiling that had been damaged by water, replaced a drop tile ceiling with drywall in our living room that was showing signs of age and sagging in a corner, replaced our dining room ceiling with a beautiful new drywall ceiling, and even repaired old drywall buckles in a few spots in the walls throughout these rooms (along with filling all the old screw and nail holes and smoothing out all the old hideous trim that we no longer wanted and now we wont need to replace!). In our foyer they removed old textured ceiling as well which was a bonus for us! They were friendly, prompt, the price was phenomenal, they cleaned up after themselves daily, chatting with Franco was a joy and we wont hesitate to use him and his crew in the future! He even gave us names for other home projects we have had laying around waiting to be done! We wish nothing but continued success for Franco and the Entire Elite team and we are passing his name on to a few people we know for projects they are looking to have done!

TLDR: Elite overpromised and underdelivered on everything while damaging our house in the process. We ended up having to hire someone else to come in and redo everything. We had talked with Elite in early December and hired them to change some corners from square to bullnose. They initially seemed clean, careful, and quick, so we got an estimate from them to do a bigger project. The project included painting our entire home, kitchen cabinets, and changing some additional corners. We had another company do a great job at installing brand new flooring on the first floor, and we were assured that Elite would take the necessary measures to protect it. Work began in early January, and by early February, still not one area of the house was complete. We grew increasingly worried after seeing the thin paper covering the new floor that was frequently ripped and sometimes even left wet, not addressed. They even ended up spraying paint directly onto our brand new floor in several areas. In addition, his "team" never respected our homethey would leave open drinks throughout the house, our belongings were sporadically covered, so most of our things ended up filled with dust and paint, and at one point, Franco even brought his new puppy into our home without notice and no leash. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. One of the biggest issues was their communication and follow-through. They lied to my wife about moving our fridge, which led to some of the damage on our new floor. The project management was incredibly inefficientElite started working in several areas at once but couldnt finish any of them. At one point, they had a brand-new employee who was left alone for 1.5 hours in our home without any direction on what to do. On top of that, they were consistently having to redo work they had already completed, like when they finished reinstalling the kitchen cabinet doors and immediately got paint on them. This lack of attention to detail became a pattern. Additionally it felt like every day for a week, someone was going around to patch up the walls, but the sanding was done so poorly that it left huge bulging squares on every wall. Their carelessness didnt end with just the work. They managed to damage our brand-new flooring with paint, scratches, and dents - we had even provided furniture sliders which they chose not to use. They also signed an agreement that acknowledged the poor quality of the work and agreed to cover damages exceeding $500. So far, Franco has paid us $500, but since then he's ghosted us, never making good on his word.

Ghosted me. I hired Franco to remove the textured ceiling in my bedroom on July 1, 2024. I texted the night before to get an estimated time of when to expect him. Did not receive a reply. He never showed. I called and texted on July 1 at noon and 2:00 Never heard a word from him. Very disappointed.
