************BUYER BEWARE********** update: I have been negotiating with him to fix this with a lawyer, and he refuses to take responsibility for EVERY seam in my ceiling cracking EXCEPT the ONE place he fixed, before I paid him 2 years ago. That includes the ceilings in my basement with floor joists. Quotes to fix from 2 different dry wall companies: $14,0000 and that does NOT INCLUDE REPAINTING I have had 5 companies come out to determine what is happening, and they all believe that it is because he used the WRONG MUD on the ceiling. I believe he may have some good and bad jobs, but because he uses SUBCONTRACTORS ONLY, and DOES NOT SUPERVISE OR STAND BEHIND HIS WORK, I highly recommend you continue looking for another company. His business barrier insulation, I had to have him back to fix that as well because it was not up to code. I had not paid him and he didnt want to lose my drywall, so he did com back and marginally fix this. Every seam in the ceilings of my home are showing. I have had the inspector back to ensure there are no other issues contributing. Other dry wall companies are telling me it is due to poor finishing or incorrect products used. In every room in my home, the ceilings need to be fixed. Quotes are over $14k without painting, moving out while it is completed, moving furniture, etc. He did 13K of work on my home as well as my insulation for another 12+K I had to have him back to redo the insulation because it did not meet the minimum requirements. He did come back and fix up to standard, however my drywall was put up poorly. I have had several other drywall people over to see about fixing it, and they all have said it was very poor workmanship, and the seams were not taped or mudded enough. He has had over a year to fix, but at this point it will be thousands to fix, because I have led lights, big crown molding, and a special texture that makes it difficult to match up. He has refused to fix, probably because of the cost of it!

Contractor Has done numerous projects for me is always on time and always finishes ahead of schedule. He has hung drywall and finished in my personal and many spec and customers homes with great quality professional ethics and reasonable prices. I was pleased with the drywall hanging and finishing Zimmer Drywall did on my house. It was a new build. They did a quality job, were responsive to calls and questions, and did the job in the time allotted. I must admit i was a bit apprehensive after seeing some of the google reviews. However my experience was very positive and I am happy i went with them.

That was the poor communication. Delivery was never confirmed and the drywall sat there for two weeks. Like I said, choose another drywaller.
