They called me October 19th to schedule service and left a message. I called them back 13 minutes later and left a message trying to get service November 13th. They "return my call" November 9th saying they are booked solid. Not recommended for fast service. Two stars before they even start.

Western Drywall was the company that did the drywall work in my new home. After one year they came to repair many nail pops and cracks in the walls all over my house. This was part of a one year warranty. There were also numerous seams showing on the ceiling in the great room and the upstairs loft area. I was told that they do not fix the seams. There was also a 6 foot long large crack in the master bedroom that I was told was not their responsibility to fix because it had something to do with "Truss Lift". I had spoken to the office person before the technician came to my house and asked if all the nail pops would be replaced with screws. She said that was the way they would fix them. When Bob came to work on my house, I asked him two times to use screws to make the repairs. He looked at me and proceeded to hammer the nails back into the walls. When I bought this house there were no visible nail pops. It turned out that there had been quite a few nails that had become loose and popped out before I purchased the house. Ovehe 12 month period many of these broke thru again in addition to a large number of new problem areas. They had been hammered back into the wall rather than fixed with screws to prevent them from breaking thru again. Over the 12 month period many of these broke thru again in addition to a large number of new problem areas When Bob started to texture the walls using some sort of spray machine where he had repaired cracks and nail pops, he did not cover anything below the area he was working. He coated my new sheets with texture as well as a large book case and items that were on the shelves of the bookcase. The mirror that is in one of the bathrooms has texture all over it as well. I called the office and spoke to a supervisor named Melody. She basically said that it was my responsibility to protect my belongings by removing them. Most of the house was effected by the cracks and nail pops. Was I supposed to remover mirrors from the walls? She said that it was up to the technician as to weather he was going to use nail or screws to make the repairs. I was really surprised that she did not think there was anything wrong with the way the repairs were made to my house. I am very disappointed that they don't seem to take more pride in their work.
