One of the best contractors that I have worked with in the last 20 years of doing projects in SoFlo. Richard and his team are true professionals. They are experts on their field, punctual, take pride on their work and respectful of your home. I gave Richard the key to my house while I was out of town during the project . I had all the popcorn removed and smoothed out, patchwork and refinish most of the walls in the house. The finished product was excellent and it was done on time as promised on the estimate. I highly recommend We'R Drywall!

WE R DRYWALL INC IS AN UNLICENSED COMPANY. When asked to produce his license and insurance, Richard Purcell has refused. I have also found out through public records that there might be serious circumstances that wont allow RICHARD A PURCELL TO BE LICENSED IN FLORIDA. I hired this company to repair a few hairline cracks on my ceiling. Richard Purcell the owner came to my home and assured me it was an easy fix and it would take one day. He sent his brother Kevin and another employee named JR. They started on a Wednesday and said they were finished and left my ceiling with stripes of unsightly uneven texture. I sent Richard pictures of my ceiling Wednesday night and he said no problem he would personally be at my house Saturday and fix it. On Saturday the same two people showed up to my house. Richard stopped by and said that it was JRs fault and they knew how to fix it. They attempted to repair the first fiasco and only made a bad situation worse. Now I had thicker stripes than before. JR contacted Richard to tell him. He needed Richard to bring another machine and needed Richards help in fixing the ceiling.Richard said he was busy and he would come tomorrow. Meanwhile our house was covered in texture mud and we endured an unbearable smell and cloud of dust to inhale overnight. Richard showed up the next day and ( he talks a lot) went on and on about all the mistakes JR had made and now he was here and he would fix it. Well after a third attempt to fix the problem we are now left with a situation that went from a small area of uneven texture to 1/3 of my ceiling a mess. Richard used a commercial machine and sprayed texture several feet beyond the thin repair. He claimed he was blending but in reality he put a completely different texture which is much thicker than my knockdown ceiling is/was. Stay far away from this company if you need fine cracks in your ceiling repaired.

I called for an estimate, the owner came to my house within 2 days and gave me a quote, they started work 3 days later. Finished all work within one day, work quality was amazing, friendly staff and great prices. Will definitely be using them again if I need drywall repair elsewhere.

I had extensive damage to my drywall in the garage and cracks on the the drywall inside the house. These guys are very good at their work. It took just 3 hours to repair the broken wall as well as the cracks inside the house where the Drywall was damaged. Very professional and easy to work with. The repaired area blended in with the original drywall,it is clean and seamless. Great work!

Richard and his team are true professionals and are expert craftsmen. Incredibly happy with their work and the quality of the job. Interviewed over five other companies before selecting. Richard provided me with a very detailed estimate and all insurance docs. So important to know what youre getting. Other companies didnt do that, merely sending a one-loner quote without any confirmation of the services to actually be performed. I wouldnt hesitate to hire We R Drywall again, and will! I want to let people know one of the best drywall company in south FL, Richard with his We Are Drywall company. They did an amazing work fixing my home. - I asked and quoted from 9 other guys and they all failed, some do NOT have any insurance for work, some do not know how to do knockdown texture, some quoted very high price, some came and never replied after the quote, some will charge me ahead of time before anything started, some have their own ideas but very wrong ideas of how to do the work, some writes me on a sheet of what they plan to do and the quote looks like a simple word/excel doc without a company name...you will not see any of the examples above with Richard and his We Are Drywall team, and you will not find a single problem for the entire working period with him and his company, he and his team follow flawlessly and happily from beginning to end. - Richard was very on time to come to check and quote, he was very considerate for the good for the owner for the work needs to be done, he was also the most friendly and fun person Ive talked to! - Richard and his We Are Drywall company has a $2M insurance, and his quote was so well written, with a standardized form for all kinds of drywall work. Richard and his We Are Drywall team will come to work on time and finish in a very smooth manner, it was so clean after the entire messy work, they took care of my house. Richard and his We Are Drywall team are experts to do knockdown texture, they really did a great match!! Even after I paid him $ in full, when I found there was somewhere needs to be fixed to look even better, he came immediately the next day with a big smile, and spent the whole morning to fix it until it looked perfect. Again, he cleaned everything up and even rinsed my front yard to make sure everywhere is clean, his attitude, and what he could do was unbelievable. I am very happy with the work Richard and his We Are Drywall team had done for my house. Highly recommend you to find him to do any type of drywall work or beyond. His team is smart, serious, fun, very detailed, hardworking, with good time management and they have the best Personality. We R Drywall was my best find! I had to re-drywall the majority of my condo due to water damage. I interviewed over 10 different drywall contractors and none conducted themselves like Richard and his team. We R Drywall made this daunting project easy: They demolished, soundproofed, and finished the entire project with great professional skill in less than one month. My neighbors regularly commented on how clean and respectful the We R Drywall team was - keeping happy neighbors in Miami, as many of us know, is imperative to any successful home improvement project. Also, all invoices, contracts, and insurance certificates were detailed and provided as promised before any work began; contractors who are as transparent can be difficult to find.
