We had a great experience working with Wolf. The project lead, Zack, did an amazing job residing our house. Everyone was very communicative and kept us up to date on the progress. The plan was clearly defined before hand and pretty much followed to the letter minus a few setbacks due to weather. The quality of the work was superb and in cases where things looked like they could get difficult, having Zack's ingenuity, expertise and imagination paid off. We are amazed by his work. Any time he found an issue, he took the time to explain to us what he saw and why it was bad (or good). There were even things that only professionals would notice that he pointed out to us. He could have let it be, but he took the time to help us understand the work and that was greatly appreciated. Ray was very direct and communicative on pricing and schedule and there were no 'gotchas'. Potential pitfalls were explained clearly before the project started. Where he thought there would be problems, he gave us a heads up, but in the end there weren't any. But at least we were able to be prepared (mentally) just in case. We are extremely happy with the work the team did and would recommend this team to others. Top notch.

Absolutely horrible. Only use Ray if you want half finished work and to get the run around every time you bring something up if it is wrong -- which it is guaranteed to be. We are left with an unlimited amount of shoddy work, horrible paint jobs and a ruined unfunctional bathroom. Look for literally anyone else and you will have a much better experience!

Can't put zero stars unfortunately. Had to go behind everything Ray did and touch it up which I was fine with considering the prices he bids at. Until he built a tile shower for me that was totally uneven. I brought up to him the the shower pan wasn't a square and he argued with me only to admit I was right three days later. Then upon completion we turned the water on and the shower didn't drain, spilled ALOT of water over the uneven curb into the bathroom, and pooled water on the seat because it slopes backwards. Ray told me that was what I paid for and refused to do anything about it. I'm fairly ok with semi skewed cosmetic finishing, but when something isn't functional you need to stand by your work as a business owner. You need to fix what is wrong at any expense to keep your customers happy.
