First, I have never given a negative online review. Its unfortunate that I need to today. This company does not deserve even one star. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. After waiting on his schedule for 3 weeks, he showed up at our home at 7:30am. He had not given us a time he would arrive, nor any call ahead. He told us we should have known he starts all his jobs at 8am. We told him we did not. Next, when we asked if he was prepared to cover our hardwood floors to protect them from water, plaster and his work mess, he said no. He didnt have anything. As we were getting ready to find our own drop cloths, he said never mind and that he was heading to his next job. Just walked out. Not sure how anyone can run a business like this? Horrible communication, zero customer service. I am glad he walked out. I would not support any business owner that treats his customers in this manner.
