This is my fith project I've done with Tyler and his team.They have done anything from a a full bathroom remodel to just renovating our entire home.We wanted a lime wash finish could not find any contractors in Columbus Ohio that would even attempt to do this type of finish Tyler came through for us absolutely beautiful work .Highly recommend his attention to detail is by far the beat I've ever seen

Tyler and his employees did a complete remodel of the bathroom in my home. Definitely recommend TW design and build for all your remodeling and construction needs. Will be contacting them in the future for a greenhouse Ill be building in my backyard. Excellent customer service and trustworthy.

I usually dont write reviews but I feel compelled to do so given the circumstances. We hired Tyler to remodel our basement after an incident with a busted pipe. Not only did he stop showing up in the middle of the project, the work that was done needs to be redone. On top of this, his company also stole hundreds of dollars of items from our home. We really trusted Tyler, it was such a shame to see his true character.

Hands down the worst contractor Ive ever worked with. Always several hours late, poor communication, zero work ethic and subpar craftsmanship.

Tyler remodeled my bathroom for me he was very professional and knowledgeable. He always communicated with me. Job was finished as promised. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely contact Tyler for any future remodels

BEWARE - 7/6/2022, my Real Estate Client paid him a $20,000 Deposit, now he is MIA. He did not pay the sub-contractors working on her house and they are filing Mechanics Liens.

Tyler is a great guy! Great communicator! Very accommodating and goes out of his way to help with any requests along the way. Sam did a great job on the framing we had done. Tyler is a wizard with the drywall mud. Also had some painting done by Dwayne. Satisfied with everyone that did work on our project and the price was very reasonable!

Tyler did a great job on my floors, Sam did the demo and installed my floors, they made a great team and they were very flexible and accommodating, communicated well and I love the final result, turned out absolutely beautiful !

Tyler and his crew did an amazing job renovating our laundry room/mud room! We are completely satisfied with the end result, the quality of the work, and the reasonable prices. They hung new drywall, repaired existing drywall, removed old flooring, installed a new tile floor, repaired the ceiling, primer/painted the walls and installed tile around the sink. Tyler is incredibly communicative, he and his crew are highly skilled and professional, and they come prepared to finish the job. We will definitely be using TW Design & Build for our next renovation project.

Tyler and his crew did a great job removing old ugly popcorn ceilings, dry walling, painting and replacing old wood work. He was very reasonably priced and was great communicating all along the way. I am happy I found a trustworthy person to get the job done.

Tyler and his team were fantastic-they are professional, timely, honest and get stuff done. Ive renovated 4 houses before meeting Tyler and Tyler is by far the best general contractor weve worked with. His team show up for work daily (I was on site every day)which is the biggest challenge for most contractors who spread themselves so thinly that work gets delayed and cost more. He worked on three renovations for usthe last was complete renovation of moms 40 year old house including new kitchen, bath and creation of open floor plan. The house looks Brand NEW, modern and just lovely. Tyler and his team have Can-Do attitude and are there to help fix your problems and not charge you more for things that were out of scope. We will work with Tyler again on future projects because he and his team are that good.

When telling him our vision for the space he listened and was open to the ideas we had for our space and added his professional opinion. The basement looks great, we are very happy with it and with Tyler and his team. They were all very friendly and respectful. We will use TW Design & Build for future projects.
