We had a great experience with Truecraft Drywall and Painting. They were very reliable and completed the job in the expected timeline. They were thorough in making sure there was no water damage behind our damaged drywall and did an excellent job with the drywall repair and painting. We would get appointment reminders before their arrival via text / and invoices can be easily paid online!

They were prompt, pleasant, did quality work fast! Within the same day of them coming to see the work I needed I was given an estimate, and one day later they arrived to install my closet racks in my basement (concrete wall). The work was completed the same day, and just like that I had the closet I wanted. I really appreciated that they provided a link via e-mail, where I could see my invoice as well as render payment. The whole experience was easy, fast and flawless!

Truecraft is truly the real deal. My new Chess Academy of 2300 sq feet.needed a real overhaul of painting and plastering etc. They would not leave until I was satisfied. I highly recommend them for your job.

Micah, Andree and team did an incredible job getting my new house ready! They removed drop ceilings and gave my place a beautiful paint job. The work was beautiful but what made the great was the honesty, transparency, and customer service. From the beginning, I knew what the price would be and they worked with my budget. If I changed the scope or something changed, they sent me a change order. No surprises with the bill at the end! The team was respectful of my house, left things clean, and even came back for touch ups after my flooring was done because they wanted the job done right. They were done much earlier than expected which is nice bonus. Happy I found Truecraft and would highly recommend!

Painters did a great job. For drywall installation or repair, inquire as to the skill and experience of the person they are assigning. I believe Truecraft truly intends to do well, but my job was plagued by problems due to the unskilled person that was assigned.

Micah, Andree and the team worked on my basement renovation. Andree initially came out for the estimate and compared to other contractors, he actually took measurements and didnt pull numbers from thin air which I appreciated and thought was fair. They initially worked on drywall and painting (wall, media center and ceiling). I later added stair upgrades to the scope. The whole team was professional, polite and honest. Progress was communicated effectively and the job was completed to my liking. I would use Truecraft again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job. You can ask them questions and theyll answer it for you if you have a concern about something theyll tell you what they thing you should do or if you see something you dont like let them know and theyll fix it for you. They did a great job in three of my rooms walls and they paint all of our rooms which helped us a lot on saving time so thank you Andre, Micah and, the rest of the team.
