Topkote Painting was just awesome from start to finish.Started with a great price and ended with a fabulous job and experience. Have a home at Kellart Lake near Cissna Park and Topkote came from Rantoul parts of 3 days to do the project. Power washed the entire house and brushed, rolled and sprayed the entire house with 2 coats of premium paint/primer. The care given and attention to detail were just outstanding. Would highly recommend Topkote and Chris to anyone looking for a truly quality painting project at a very fair price.

Chris communicated with us every step of the way. They did a great job! House stain looks amazing. They also cleaned the gutters. I will definitely call Topkote again for a couple other painting jobs in the future. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend these painters. They were very attentive to my requests and easy to get in touch with. I had 4 areas of my home painted and they also hung new drywall on my ceiling and installed crown molding. All their work was excellent.

This team is the BEST!! We needed our whole house painted in a short amount of time with multiple colors and they did a phenomenal job! They worked the entire time they were there unless it was lunch time!! The crew were very personable and when I had concerns they answered them without judgment! I would hire them every time I need painting done, VERY professional and VERY pleasant to deal with!! Chris is the most sincere person and very easy to deal with!! THEY ROCK!!!

The mark of craftsmen is when they pay attention to details that others might not notice. That is what I thought as foreman Chris carefully painted the underside of the frame on our enclosed porch. In 90-degree weather. The house is beautiful. We had some minor trouble scheduling, but that's not unusual when working with tradesmen and owner Chris did a great job of keeping in touch. Communication is the number one problem homeowners have with tradesmen -- but it wasn't a problem with Topkote. Completely satisfied.

We live out of state and bought a second home and we secured the services of Topkote painting. Uncertain of delivery of services and responsivness were our major concerns. We were relying only on the Google reviews and the initial interactions with Chris. He provided on-time delivery of responses and services from quote to completion. He answered every email and phone call regarding concerns, challenges and provided the professional etiquette we had hoped to receive and expected. THANK YOU, Topkote, for being there and helping us with decisions and delivery. Great work! UPDATE 8/24: Decided to purchase a different house and called Topkote for all the painting needs.
