As a builder I have dealt with several companies over the years for various trades and I have to say that they havent been many to beat TIW. Rhonda is always pleasant and accommodating to our scheduling needs. It is obvious she loves her job. Customer service is a big deal to me and she excels at it. The service techs are always great to work with a a well. Great company.

Dont even think about calling, this company will waste your time and money with their poor communication and 120% guaranteed dishonest staff. Extremely Rude employees and bad practices. Will say and do anything to make you the customer look like the problem if anything went wrong. Their work is average and below, Ive had better work done with others nothing worth this bad attitude and the nasty behavior from their staff.
