I recently hired Derek , Jake, and Albert from Titan Drywall, and I couldnt be happier with their work! Derek and his team were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly and professionally. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly together, and paid close attention to detail. Our home flooded from Hurricane Milton and they were able to handle the whole job. A big plus is that they were able to match the textured finish perfectly. You cannot tell that drywall was cut and replaced the repair looks seamless. They left the area clean, and its clear they take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them for any drywall and plaster needs and will be calling them again for any future projects. I did not know that there were companies that specialize in popcorn ceiling removal like Titan Drywall so I had my painter who said he knew what to do to remove the popcorn ceiling in the garage that was damaged. So the painter that removed the popcorn ceiling damaged all the drywall really bad in the ceiling and I was desperate to get it fixed. So I had a general contractor and another Drywall person come out they told me that Drywall was so badly damaged by the painter that I was going to have to have all new drywall on the ceiling. Then I had Titan Drywall come and take a look and they said they could do it!!!! OMG!!! It looks like a brand new garage with a brand new beautiful knockdown ceiling amazing work!!! Derek is a miracle worker!!!! Next year I hope to have them remove the popcorn ceiling in the rest of the house! This man really knows what hes doing and his work is beautiful! I highly highly recommend Titan Drywall!

Derek and his Titan crew are a very professional company. He said he would start on a certain day and time, and they did just that. We had them do a big job whole house with a cathedral ceiling popcorn removal and ceiling repair from hurricane damage. We had to leave the house for 4 days, over a holiday weekend, and Derek accommodated us by working the holiday weekend. He has a seasoned crew and they are extremely trustworthy. They take great care in protecting everything in the house with meticulous attention to detail. He kept us informed of the progress and issues along the way with photos, showing great communication. I could not recommend Derek and his Titan team more strongly. Oh yeah, the job came out beautiful with all ceilings completely repaired, knockdown applied, and painted.

Derek is extremely unprofessional. He will not return messages and sets appointments and does not show up. I have tried to rehire him to correct some work they was not done correctly and he has an excuse for not coming. We had a scheduled appointment for June 12th , he never called or showed up. When I called him tonight he stated he was going on vacation. I will never recommend him to anyone for any work. If the job is not a couple grand he will not show up. Wayne Caeners
