Tim does not do plastering with anyone else, it is just himself. He is extremely unprofessional. It took him days and days to get our quote to us. We hired him as he made us feel assured that he would do the job right, and at a fair price; there are also not many plasterers out there. He came to work on the first day, and we gave him $500 for supplies, under the agreement that he would finish one room, so we can see if we like it before he moved on. If we did like the room, we would then give him the remaining balance to make it a total of half down, and the rest to be paid upon completion. He didn't keep his word, and asked for another $1000 without finishing the room. A few days later, and hardly any work done, he asked for the rest of the half down, which was in the amount of $750. He kept giving us sob stories about a divorce he was going through, and kept promising the work would get done. We were idiots and kept falling for his stories, and kept giving him more money. He would take the money to deposit and say he'd be back to work more, but kept coming up with more excuses as to why he was always late, or had to leave after an hour or two of work. His tags were expired, and he got pulled over twice on his way to our home, which made him late. We asked for proof of insurance, and he never managed to get it to us. From July 10th thru July 25th, we got a total of approximately 16 work hours from him. We had 3 bedrooms and a hallway that we needed done, and he couldn't finish ONE. The last straw was when we gave him 5 days off because he hurt his back cutting some trees, and when he finally came back, he worked an hour, called me to tell me that he had to leave for an x-ray appointment. I told him to leave all supplies that we paid for, and that he could be done, and that I was out of patience. This man is not fit for this work anymore. He also looks and acts like a drunk. Not professional, not reliable, habitual liar, and I would never, ever recommend him to anyone!

Tim Williams, to put it plainly, is a crook. He took $2200.00 as half down to do a relatively small plaster job and in over two weeks worked a total of 16 hours. Nothing completed. Started in several areas but never finished anything. One excuse after another. Got tired of it and asked him to at least purchase and deliver all the materials that would be needed to complete the job and we would get someone else to complete it in a reasonable time. But he couldnt even do that. BEWARE!

Tim did a great job on the dry walling, mudding/taping and texturing for us! He's honest, reasonable, super responsive and good on his word and he does really nice work! I would recommend him for anyone looking for drywall work!
