Fabio and the crew at Facility Solutions did a massive lead abatement project on our home, both interior and exterior. They replaced our flooring, our old clawfoot tub, and every single window and window frame, along with sealing the woodwork throughout the entire house. Our exterior was asbestos-concrete fiberboard covered in lead paint. The crew came in and quickly took out the old boards, repairing old rotten wood as they went before replacing everything with beautiful modern siding, fascia, and soffits. All of this work was coordinated and done in phases so as to cause minimal disturbance and allow our family to stay in the home. Throughout the process Fabio kept in close contact, let me know what the team is working on and ensured I was informed about how the project was going. The work was done quickly yet masterfully, and most importantly passed a rigorous lead test administered by the Dane County Health Department. We have two young children, one who had fallen severely ill due to the omnipresent lead in our old Victorian home. Now we can sleep peacefully knowing that our young ones and those of future generations will be safe from lead exposure. My wife and I are ecstatic about how the house turned out, its like living in an entirely new home thanks to the hard work and dedication to detail shown by Facility Solutions. I cannot say enough kind and gracious words about this company. We will be sticking with them for all our future home improvement needs. I regret allowing them in my home. I hired Fabio and his crew to smooth and paint the drywall on the inside of my home and garage for $20,650. What a mistake. Not only was it overpriced but the work, attention to detail, and respect for my home was awful. They moved workout equipment on my front lawn and not only did they leave it out overnight but left it out in the rain. They took off light fixtures, curtains and ceiling fans to work on the drywall then broke and/or lost things that I now have to deal with. We discussed not running the furnace while sanding, sure enough on my first visit it was running at 80 degrees. They were not supposed to use the two upstairs bathrooms and we stored expensive items in them to keep away from dust but sure enough the door was wide open when I visited and as you can see in one of the pictures one of the workers pants were left in there. They also left their dirty socks on top of my paper towels. Fabio told me he was finished and to come look at it. Boy was I surprised to see things unpainted, mud and paint slung everywhere and I baseball sized hole in the living room wall. The hole wasnt there before but I swear to god the guy said we thought you wanted that there. We didnt know if you ran a cord through it. Speaking of cords, my ps5 power cord is now missing and another cord that was stored along side it now has electrical tape wrapped around damage that wasnt previously there. I found loose insulation and chunks of drywall in my basement. Im sure I will continue to find new things that they messed up as time goes on.

Facility solutions were life savers for us. We closed on a house in May and had until the end of July to finish a number of major projects on the house so that we could move in. Fabio's team completed all of the projects when we expected them to and they even worked around our unexpected hiccups and other contractors we had to schedule. The team is professional and clean and knowledgeable about their craft if you need someone else to weigh in on a decision.
