We called Alex Monday evening, and he was at our house Tuesday morning to check out our roof issues. He was punctual, professional, and very friendly. He accessed the situation and quickly found a solution. We had snow inside our attic. He actually hand scooped out 8 gallons of snow and blew the remaining snow from the roof to ensure there wouldn't be any more leaks in our home. He was not only professional, but kind and knowledgeable. We would recommend his services to everyone!

Alex and his team did an amazing job installing a new roof and gutters, as well as some exterior repairs and painting. He was extremely professional, responsive, and thoughtful to his approach, offering his advice and recommendations and working with me within my budget. His team was hard working, quick, and extremely clean and picked up debris and supplies around the yard and were always very professional when interacting with them. Would use Superior Property Solutions again for any exterior needs and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors. Very pleased with results!

I had a great experience with Superior Property Solutions. Alex came out and gave us an honest assessment for repairing the gutters on our house. He explained that repairing the gutters could risk damaging our shingles because they were brittle. He was very upfront and understanding that a full roof replacement is a major expense and did not try to convince me that it was necessary to do at this point. He offered suggestions on how improve the existing gutters functionality. I greatly appreciated his honesty. While on site, he also took the time to inspect a leak around our skylight. He identified the likely problem areas, sealed them with caulk, and didnt charge us anything for it. That level of honesty, professionalism, and generosity is rare these days. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for trustworthy roofing/gutter repair or replacement.

We were very impressed with Alex Roach for our outdoor lighting project. He answered texts and phone calls promptly. He provided a thorough, comprehensive and understandable proposal that eased our decision process. Once agreed to his proposal, Alex was conscientious and attentive to our questions, plus he put any of our concerns at ease with his knowledge, experience and air of confidence. In additional to his professionalism, Alex was polite and his demeanor was very reassuring throughout the project. He also was thoughtful to keep our yard and work area tidy! We recommend his services for lighting projects, and we expect we will ask him to bid on other needs. Finally, please be aware he is a GREAT community citizen who donates 10% of our fee to Operation Christmas Charity...such generosity and concern for others needs isnt a common characteristic and puts Alex ahead of others weve contracted.

These guys are awesome!! We weren't sure what to expect getting Christmas lights on the house. We are very happy with Alexs repair of a leak in our roof! He quickly found shingles to match our previously discontinued ones. It is difficult to tell the difference. He is very responsive to texts and phone calls and kept in touch throughout the project. I have already recommended him to another person in our development.
