Called just to get an estimate for drywall installation. We have no issue hanging it but are not the best at mudding, which is why we're hiring it out. Woman who answered the phone was very short to begin with, when I asked if we could hang it to save time and money before I could even finish she cut me off and said NO NO NO..... we're liable for the results when it's hung wrong and don't know what you're doing. I was about to hang up but we desperately need our drywall hung and asked about an estimate. She stated "Well he gives free estimates so you can try that I guess".... I have never spoke to someone who sold their company so poorly. I honestly don't know how they get any work with someone so unprofessional and unhappy on the phone. Please replace receptionist.
