Showstoppers were great! The manager showed up every day to make sure things were going well and then checked over everything when they were done. They had a lot of work taking down wallpaper and then priming and then painting 2 coats of paint in the family room and hallway. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend them for a paint job!!! Work is excellent!!!!!

Overall, the painters did well just have a few concerns. The initial sales person did the review and quoted a price, but when the worker showed up the job, Supervisor said that additional prep would be needed. I was disappointed that It should have been included in the initial assessment. The only other complaint is that the painters left some drops of paint on the roof and I had to call the company back to get them to remove it. They eventually did but thought that shouldve been something they checked before they completed the job.

I would say the review was a bit mixed. Overall, not a bad job. However, there were a few things that was some Miscommunication's and mess-ups that I feel need to be addressed. 1. I was told by the salesman I would have a very clean finish. I assumed it would be good as new. This one I will own up to because you can still tell it was painted over. I felt scammed a bit because the salesman painted this picture that my finish would be a lot cleaner... almost good as new. Wishful thinking I suppose. 2. The salesman said he will get the hardware fixed from my cabinets. My hardware was misaligned when I bought my house. Unfortunately, they could not align my hardware perfectly. Understandable, but there doubts and it wasnt going to get done. I had already paid extra. 3. I was told regardless, I would have a few hundred dollars knocked out. That amount still stayed on my balance. 4. Theres already discoloration of the paint despite not touching certain areas. 5. My dishwasher and tile board have stains, glue, etc. from the residual effects of the installation. I still have to remove the stains. This is why I rated it a 2 star. 6. One of the supervisors was on the phone saying that the hardware isnt that misaligned... I had to interrupt him and show him what I was talking about. I wouldnt say it was a bad installation. However, I do not think it was worth the money. Up to you to decide.

An appointment for a quote was the next day. Received the quote next day and the job was completed within a week. The paint job was fantastic. Will definitely use again.

Weve hired Showstopper Painting twicegreat the first time, but disappointing the second. They did a fantastic job on our rental, so we brought them back to paint the exterior and interior of an investment property. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like before. After carefully choosing the color "Casa Blanca" for the interior, we were shocked to find the entire space painted bright whitewalls, ceilings, and trim. The painters misunderstood the name, and no one bothered to confirm. Even after offering to paint the bathroom to make up for it, they used the wrong color againeven though the correct paint can was clearly set out. They did eventually correct that. There was also overspray on the windows, which they only cleaned after repeated follow-ups. Despite these issues, no compensation or discount was offered. Sadly, we wont be using them again. Poor communication and lack of accountability turned what shouldve been a smooth project into a frustrating experience.

Excellent company from the start (getting a quote) til the job was finished (exterior of house was painted and all debris was cleaned up). Very meticulous, very thorough. The end result of the exterior painting of my home turned out fantastic! The two-man crew was not on time, and I had to follow up daily on where the team was. We lost a whole week of good weather due to insufficient resource planning. The job site was messy all day until clean up. However, I was picking up debris from tapping and paper covers due to the wind. I would have preferred a more structured approach for their tools and cleaning throughout the day vs. waiting until the end of the day.

This team did a great job painting three rooms of my home. They prepared the surface (which was touch because I had a lot of peeling oil based paint), painted with precision, and cleaned before they left. Will def use them again.

The experience was pretty good. The paint job was done well, however there was some sloppiness. I have paint all in my screens where they were painting, I have paint on other areas that were splated. The work was good I just wish it was a little bit cleaner S I will have to replace my screens now

We used Showstopper to paint the exterior of our house this Spring. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were responsive, punctual, thorough, and efficient. Plus, their price was competitive. Everything from the initial consult, to the painting, to the minor touch-up was handled professionally. Paintiing the exterior of a house is never cheap (if you want it done well), nonetheless Showstopper made the process pleasant. If/when we deceid to re-paint the interior of our house I will undoubtedly call on Showstopper.
